Vinnie_BagoDonuts steps out of an old building into the streets. Before him filed out a steady stream of well know brothers and good friends. Vinnie steps up to a small platform, adjusts his tie, and clears his throat.

Greetings fellow mafioso. The last day or so has been quite a rush. First I was called in the middle of the night and told to pack my bags. After saying goodbye to the city that my father and I both called home, it was off to Chicago. Upon arriving, I was approached by Godfather Iota about taking a larger role in our new home. This opportunity is one that I cherish, and look forward to jumping into with both feet.

Fear not Crackerjacks, I plan on filling the large hole that Don Iota's promotion has left, to the best of my abilities, and with the assistance of all of you, I am sure we can build the Windy city to new levels that it has never see before.

I have chosen to surround myself with many a great man, and the one thing that I will always strive towards is learning for those who have come before me. A great man once said that the smartest thing that you can do is surround yourself with people who know more than you and learn from them everyday. The leaders that can do the second part, have always grown each day. And that will be my goal for my crew, and for this great city.

Please help me in welcoming The Outfit to the streets of Chicago. These are our streets and we have much work to do.

Congratulations Don BagoDonuts.  You had proved yourself to be a great man in New York and I am sure you will only continue to strive for excellence here in the windy city.  Bruiser reaches in his inside jacket pocket and pulls out a cigar and hands it to his new Boss.

Vinnie, this is quite a refreshing surprise for me. I was expecting a more traditional auth after Iota's ascension but this is one of those times where I absolutely loved being wrong.

You are indeed a bright young talent and I am very happy to see you get this chance. I look forward to working with you side by side.
