Gone steps up and begins to prepare his speech. He pauses
for a second, takes one deep breath and begins to speak.

Like every one of you out there, I started wandering the
streets as a petty thief. After the first few hours of prowling the streets, I was
lucky enough to find myself a sponsor who was willing to take me in. At first I
was just glad because this means I was safe from those trigger happy mobsters out
there, but as I spent more time in the family and got to know the people, I
became more attached to these mobsters who now I have the privilege to call my
family.

 These are the people who were always there for me no matter
how big or small the problem, they taught me almost everything about the
business. They are like my brothers and sisters and they have taught me a lot
in my short time here. I learned a lot about respect, loyalty, and discipline
from these people. To tell you the truth, this is the closest thing I ever have
to being in a family, my parents died when I was little so in a way this is the
only family I ever had.

 This is my appreciation for all the knowledge and guidance I
have received from my very first day here. Lastly I would like to say is, thank
you for giving this nobody your kindness, generosity, and the chance to prove
himself. It has been a privilege serving under such fine individuals.

This is a nice speech and I can relate to some of  this, hope everybody is this appreciative of the wolf pack's guidance
