Cryptic stares up at
the old Discorso Headquarters, a look of sorrow and mourning on his face.
Standing there, he remembers all the good times he spent in his office there
with some of the finest Mafioso that he had the pleasure of meeting. A brief
smile flickered across his face, just for a second, when he reminded himself
that all of those excellent Mafioso that made up the division of Discorso were
coming with him to the new HQ on the other side of town. With the cloud's
silver lining in mind, Cryptic makes his way towards the streets and addresses
the crowds that are bustling back and forth between the speakers.

Times are a-changing in New York ladies and Gents. As the
exquisitely beautiful Lucretia kindly announced yesterday, there has been a
change in the upper management of New
York as I step into the shoes left by the former
leader of Discorso, Sibilo. They are shoes that will not be easy to fill, and I
recognise that I am taking the place of a fine leader, but I assure you that
there will be no deterioration of standards when it comes to this Captaincy.
However, I am taking this opportunity to announce that this will be a fresh
start for this family and every fresh start needs a new leaf to be overturned which in this case will be a change to the name of this great family.
On that note, I take great pleasure in announcing that The Inscrutables will now be operating out of New York as a Captain to Lucretia and the
House of Borgia.

I very much appreciate the opportunity granted to me by
Lucretia and Deimne, and I look forward to fulfilling the role entrusted to me
in this fine city.
