Ok this doesn't have an affect on players pretty much just admins what i propose is that if a new account (not new characters) goes inactive but only if they are gangsters they should get there IP banned. What i mean is that if a new account is just gangster and goes IA someone has probably got a mate to make a Target account but a con about this is if someone say forgets there login to there account after they die and email log in (trust me i have done this) and then they make a new account with a different email and then say somethings happens in rl so they go in active and they get banned so i think that there should be some email that you can send and email to and say what has happened then an admin unban's the person then everyone is happy again (yes you could just use irc but a couple of my mates cant use irc so that's why i added that last part in).

So let me get this straight.. You want us to ban people for going inactive with no investigation?

We can track accounts to figure out if they are being made as targets.. We do regular dupe checks.. Multiple times a day..

I think a better idea would be to make it impossible for someone to attack an acount that was ever played on the same ip such as if someone lost all info about their old acount name etc they try to attack the one or graverob whatever a msg comes up and tells them they can't because it was used on the same ip and a message is sent to admin and others of suspected target account.

We already admin kill and ban people who have multiple accounts. It is against the rules.

What about husbands and wives, boyfriends and girlfriends, siblings, parents and offspring, friends, people who use public hotspots, library users, people who play from the same school, people who play from the same work place, the people who play using cell phones?

Also, unused master accounts six months and older are deleted from the database... This was a change made today.
