Everybody, since I came to Saint Louis it seems like everything has been going wrong, crimes not being successfully committed and murders not being fully thought out.

I'm not quiet sure, all I know is I'm here to work, I am not going to quit trying to make this city run like it should. I will stop at nothing to make sure this city stands tall along with all the other cities out there.

I wish at this time I could say more but I don't really think there's any words I can say at this moment in time which can do anything, from now on it's all about the work and the effort put into the work.

I just want to let everyone know that I'm here and I'm here to stay and I will find those strong enough to stand alongside me and make something out of this great city!

On the other hand now Saint Louis has a big whole to void off, therefore I'm going to run something that the late Godfather Rourke and the late Godfather Thomas Rourke had done. Business Development like Rourke did before will continue in Saint Louis the same way he had proposed it.

Another note... Saint Louis will be looking towards building a Casino somewhere in the area so look forward to that also...

Grassboy, you have always had my respect.  It takes a great man to admit he has a problem, it takes an even greater one to "step up to the plate" and take control.  I look forward to your future with Saint Louis and I know you will be just fine.

I am truly happy to work for a leader who has clearly stated his intentions of remaining in this thing of ours and running this city properly.

It is true we have had many leaders of this fine city take there lives or retire, but the city has been left in great hands and I am sure as a family with will restore it to a buzzing city that tourists wish to visit.

Follows Grassboy to his speech. Pavement graps a Dr. Pepper box and gave it to Grassboy. Pavement stands right beside him. Behind him is all of our new crew and are crew.
