The Story begins on December 31, 1938 in Sicily, 3 years after the fall of the Big Five. Valintino Gentile also known as "Gentile Val" the Don of the oldest and most powerful family around has arranged for a meeting in which various Mafia families discuss plans to bring order amongst themselves. Among those families are the Kagawa (Japan), Zhào (Chinese), Sevnik (Russia) who sent their soldier down to the meeting, Matsukovitch (Russian), the Diaz Brother's (Mexican), Crawford (LA USA) and the Lafaso (Itailian) family. Each Don has brought along their Most trusted Capo and two soilder's as agreed anything more would be a sign of a threat. When their meeting is interrupted by the Police, Thurmont McClure (main Character)escorts the Crawford's delegation to safety, but Jamie, the Don of New York for the Crawford Family, is killed by a sniper upon reaching the airport. Eric Crawford then appoints his Capo Thurmont as the new Don of New York to keep the city under control.
