The sun rose into view
and the shops began to open a buzz was beginning to be heard over the quiet of
the early morning. The streets were still fairly quiet except for the large
groups crowded down by the jail. A single man sat in front of a suit shop
surveying the scene before him and sipped on his coffee waiting. Finally the
kid showed up and he gave him some instructions.

Kid, go alert the others of the Pack and the streets that a
new Capo of the Wolf Pack is coming. Tell them that Morgan is to be my new Capo
Decina. Let them know that Morgan is the next branch of the pack here in the
capital of Cheese Steaks the great city of Philadelphia.  Now go kid before the crowds disappear into
those jails.

Watches the kid run
off down the street and disappear into the crowd. The man leans back and lights
his cigar and watches the people of the street going by.

Morgan steps up next to her esteemed leader with suspiciously bright eyes. Clearing her throat and kissing him on both cheeks, she then turns to look at the mafiosi listening to him,
"I have never imagined to be doing this and I wish all to know what an incredible family and leader as well as the rest of Philadelphia who have nurtured me from a young cub and brought me to this point today. Many, many wolves and others to thank which I will be doing personally.

But this man next to me and Godmother ScipitaRourke are owed special thanks. Paul_Vidi has taught me all the in and outs of our world and how to hold myself and my fellow wolves accountable for our actions and to give back to the community as it gives to us. Our Godmother has taught us all pride in our city and to keep it welcoming as well as safe for ourselves and outsiders and to work diligently to keep it prospering. I salute you both for the great leaders you are.

My Capo Decina group will be continuing with all Wolf Pack traditions and expectations of it's members. I am planning on more city and outside communities as well competitions plus have some ideas for expanding our business district further. I will be able to do a lot of this with my newly appointed RHM at my side, another cub grown up through the Wolf Pack, DonPardo. I have a great deal of respect for him and am assured from past interactions that we will work well together as a team.

Morgan walks back into her newly acquired den with DonPardo at her side. The mafiosi begin to disperse and as they do, howling and short barks of congratulations can be heard from the Philadelphia Wolf Pack members

You see the man begin to clap and cheer for Morgan, he begins to speak...

Ah, Morgan.  My friend, Kramer, has told me many great tales about you.
How you first met and became good friends, even before your leadership potential began to shine through.
About how you served the family honorably in time of need,
and eventually, how you stepped up to fill leadership roles when he and others were torn down.
Now this final attribute continues in a new chapter.
