Grassboy walks into the streets noticing that Christmas trees and Christmas lights
where being put up, the festive season narrowly approaching, he grabs his green handkerchief
and rubs his nose trying to warm it a little from the chilly atmosphere.

He then walks out to the middle of the street and walks into a gathering of locals mobsters
who just happen to be Bobblegob, Striphe and a few other unknown faces...

Afternoon everyone, chilly day isn't it?

Alright first thing is first, Striphe will be setting up shortly alongside me and Bobblegob, he has been a long standing member of New York and Godfather Deimne has given me this gift of having a well respected Don to help me in the city of Saint Louis.

I know I said previously that I would be carrying on with the Business Authing System for St. Louis and I will be! It will run until there are two candidates picked.

Grassboy pulls out and old piece of paper Rourke (GRHS) once wrote on and edits a bit with a rubber and pencil...

I'm tweaking this the way that I want it, so what some have been waiting to here, these our the terms...

Anyone can apply for this position to set up in SaintLouis but what I need is
an application stating why you want to be apart of Saint Louis; What you can bring
to Saint Louis and other information that you think is relevant.

You must contact your crew leader and Godfather before contacting me, your leader must think
your worthy of having your own family before letting you go. Then i will contact your
Godfather and tell them of your interest in this and seek there approval. I will then continue to contact with the applicant and direct them to the next step in the process.
If denied, I will offer the applicant my condolences.

I will require each approved applicant to sign a waiver of brief rules and regulations
for working in St. Louis. These will not be onerous and WILL include a weekly tribute.

After I receive a signed waiver, I will return to the Streets and announce who has been given permission to setup. It will be up to the newly appointed leader to introduce himself or herself to the rest of you.

Any resulting families working in the city of St. Louis will be responsible for their own tax payments and business negotiations with other cities. I am happy to help guide these newer organizations, but for the most part they will be on their own. As Thomas and Rourke mentioned ages ago, I will not be here to protect those from the possible dangers of the world, but I will not allow other mafioso's to shoot at them willy-nilly.

These men and women will be reflecting upon their own talents and ambitions and I look forward to hopefully introducing some in the near future.

Fantastic Idea Grassboy, this business thing was a big hit with ThomasRourke and New York and I sure hope it is with us aswell.

It's what brought me to Saint Louis thats why I have done it. I require some passion and flare within those looking to consider this...

Hmm, sound like a great idea. A good way for some of the more quieter, newer bloodlines to reach a new level of this thing of ours.

It is nice to see that you are keeping Saint Louis running in a similar fashion as the late Godfather Rourke did. Good luck :)

x-X-x walks up to the gathering, dark circles around his eyes and a cigarette hanging from his mouth. Clearly he hadn't had enough sleep, either that or he was drunk, as he was walking very slowly.

Speaking in a much deeper, steadier voice than you expected, x-X-x nods to Don Grassboy and smiles,

"Congratulations on your new partner in Saint Louis, I'm sure you two will work excellently with each other. I'm looking forward to visiting the business district soon and grabbing a brew."

x-X-x tosses his cigarette to the ground and puts it out with the tip of his shoe, stumbling off to find the nearest hotel. Or a comfortable bed in the headquarters, whichever was closest.
