As it is right now, I see many people that take money instead of beating the assailant up, but the one taking the bribe sometimes doesn't see that assailant.

If it happens to me, I think it doesn't make much sense that I get stealthed but bribedto avoid a beating. If I take their money then I should be able to see who they are.

For the last few months, every time I see "An unidentified assailant tried to PICKPOCKET you" it means I took their money instead of beating them up. I should be able to see their face it I'm about to threaten to beat them up.

Also, much less important, I think it would be cool if in top of telling me who I pickpocketed it stated in my personals how much I got in each pickpocket.
