I'm totally lazy so I'll just come out with it.

In a godfather Family you can MUC with anyone from the city. Perhaps add it so a CL in said city would be allowed to start a family MUC with someone from the Godfather family. RP wise it seems to fit. (Feel free to refute that I can't think not enough cigs in me) And would be nice interaction with leaders in your city on more then a mail basis.

Sigh I should add so much more but I can't be bothered.

Comments?

I could comment in detail on this, but I can't be bothered.

Well played!
