The Java crew is lucky to be absorbed into other crews, luckier still that the old slash and burn tactics don't still rule this world. One or two people will be killed who shouldn't be... that is unavoidable. At least theres a token effort. There was a time when whole crews went down with their boss, when leaders would kill people for some of the lessor insults I've heard thrown at them on these streets! People these days whine more then ever before and don't think about who they represent... I don't care who you are, made man or goomba, You stand here representing your respected boss, grow some back bone, rethink that insult and learn to stand tall even when you don't like something. Suggestions not demands, should be heard, Who are you to tell your boss and your bosses peers to do this or that? Not to be insulting, but we're not much more then trained monkeys till were Wise guys, look at the title it says it all... Even Earners aren't much more then people sent out to steal purses and deal drugs. Enough with the whining, got a problem, talk to your boss before you come out here and start preaching about how terrible this world is, because I'm sure he/she will happily tell you that their doing there best, but they can't do much about it if you don't follow your orders, sit back a earn a bit of cash while the big boys try to make things more civil in this world... For example, the no kill order on the Java kids, hell, in my gran's day, the looser of the war had a very discriptive title, they called them "Target practice" do you want that, think carefully cause your crew might be the next to loose a leader... So really? Why are you complaining? It's going no where, no matter how long you whine, no matter how long you insult our leaders, no longer how load you get... Your just making yourself look bad. |

Yes the fallen members of the Java Cartel are lucky to be alive. Who's to say they won't hold grudges and start something? Why let someone live when they might carry this grudge on and take revenge? And yes you guys are a FAMILY. You live together as a FAMILY, you die together as a FAMILY. Its the luck of the Bloody Irish I tell ya! |

| I've only recently rejoined this world, and as the first speaker said, in my grandfather's day the whole family went down with their boss. In fact, I find it questionable that Java Cartel family members are being allowed into other families. How loyal can someone truly be if they won't die with their boss? How loyal will they be to their new family? And why would you even want someone in your family who obviously didn't care enough about their previous family to go down fighting? | |

I do agree with you Misty_Wyn, but different people have didn't opinion's on certain events, some think they should 'whine' some think they shouldn't, the human race is complicated and very much variable, not everybody can have the same views as the next person. It does also sound a little hypocritical of you, as you are 'whining' about 'whiners' This may be totally unintentional, just a little note though. |

You crack me up Misty, you really do. I love idealists though, and I'll refer to you as that, rather than an asskisser, which might be what some might say. Seriously though, sure, this is a nice gesture. It's clearly not being enacted or enforced though as evidenced by the number of dead members that never took a shot, and as evidenced by some of the members I've spoken to that aren't being given invites due to their former lineages. Me, I like it when people say what they mean, not what I want to hear. Alas, for as long as I've known the McTavish clan though, they've never disappointed me with their flat out lies, hypocrisy, and false gestures. To each their own though. If you like the results of yesterday, then "go you". If not, whine, complain, or bitch to your hearts content. Get it all out, then get your children to prepare for a future day of reckoning. Afterall, every action has an equal and opposite reaction. The reaction just might take some time. |

Yes, the organization was never there when it came to getting at Anita. Of course, to say certain people never gave her any headaches wouldn't be accurate. I remember a time when Thunderbutton did some damage alongside a few others. Also, of note, is the fact that Anita had a smarter group surrounding her than our current leaders do. She always had the patience and determination to deal with situations, whereas our current leaders tend to half-ass it, as evidenced by -IcePrincess- taking down 3 crewleaders while everyone decided to sleep. Even now, there is no reason Uh-Huh should still be alive, except for the sheer incompetence of the leaders around here. I'd say those of us that have seen all sides of this, have learned many lessons by now. Those are lessons we can apply to our future, and a future is an unavoidable thing. |

After hearing your speech I thought I would look into what you said, "One or two people will be killed who shouldn't be... " I don't disagree that people will die in a war. I do disagree that you think only one or two people were killed. It would seem that you don't think that the fifty people that did die count. Are they not human enough? Did they not bleed when they were shot? Yes people are going to die. Do we have to insult those who DID have a backbone? Those who did what is it that you think they should have done? |

I'm not saying that there were only a few who shouldn't have died, I know of several others who were part of Threes crew who died... I've not counted the bodys that litter the battle field... But Hell, I should know how many died, My mother was raised under Three... Am I HAPPY? Dear Gods know I'm not... Am I going to sit here and scream about how weak the management is... HELL NO... I want to have a chance to get up in ranks, so I respect others as best I can. (it's in the Omarta and EVERY crews rules people) I don't have near enough power to even pinch Oliver, And knowing that I might kiss ass, I might blink sweetly and act the part, But May I point out that at least I'll have a chance to get big enough to actually voice my opinion and be heard? I might even be respected and not ignored as most of the stuff posted here is... Ever heard the term "A little sugar makes the med's go down faster"? Try sweetening stuff up a bit... If Oli's so terrible, shut up, and get ranking, go sleeper even... it's no hard, you just act like your reformed, cause frankly, how many CL's really care what you have to say, unless you say it in tearms they like. If you don't like it, then, go join with Ash and fight to keep Three's memory alive Or grow up and show people how a true family's run... No more of blabbing to the whole world how Someone shot Someone... your just getting yourselves killed and causing a childish scene... What I'm trying to say is that you have to WORK to change things, not whine or throw insults... and frankly, Every boss my family line has had told the crew not to whine and moan in the streets, but instead, to act respectful. |
