Montreal played a key part in the Mafiaso life of our era. Why not make it a destination? What would this world think of having a canadian city?  Here is a quote from a paper I found :

Thats a good idea it could provide a major bootlegging role play making beer legal and cheaper in Canada just have it harder to go because of frequenting it two options come to mind: Cross legaly but risk getting caught and arrested more often. Or cross illegaly but more expensive and longer jail time if caught. but either way it is a good idea and hope they do add canadian citys maybe even mexican to promote the role play. 

Mexico, eeehhh... Cuba would be better.

If they were to add in this city, they would have to add in beer trade, and such. Would be a fresh idea.

I'm still up for Dallas to be put on the map.

This is an American mafia game. The chances of any other places being added are very slim. The only thing I have heard about new cities is a Canadian one.

Also, this game nearly has too many cities as is. Most people couldn't name every leader. Adding more cities would make that much harder.

yes the grain alcohol is the beer trade but you could make it into a better thing like trafficking legal beer from Canada or Cuba etc would fetch more money like the dfp it could create a trafficking property were you take things not found or legal in the US and take it from another country. I.E caban cigars, canadian booze all making the money but casualy more items that were/still are illegal in this country to the list certain firearms could be the final stages. also more role could go into it like buying transports bribing coast guard and boarder protrol etc things that would need to be done.

Has anybody suggested or considered instead of adding a new city... that they add districts and head of districts within the city's that we already have... maybe even instead of the stock exchange have each city have a primary special export or trade (alcohol, tobacco, prostitution, gun running, garment industry, protection, gambling ect.) which will give each district/city value.... I envision some type of market or fluctuation system that can have a consistent flow, hands on runned by familys to the effect of causing business to be bad or good, war or peace ...Of course GF's will run they're city's main trade or have the main word of they're city... also giving other GF's from other city's opportunity's to eather take over or team up and have a city to city runned organization...

Note in the city's trades i didn't add drugs because it already has it's own system... the idea as whole maybe complicated, yet there are things the admin or other people who share my idea can take from it or add to to make it possible.
