Perhaps you could set it up to display the city rules page upon landing in a city.

From an RP perspective that wouldn't work at all. From an OOC perspective stop being lazy.

really from an RP perspective, being able to look up city rules doesn't work at all... it's more of a word of mouth thing.

per the lazy comment, the suggestion was more aimed towards making new players read the rules, not saying I find it too difficult to spend 3 seconds loading the page.  From an OOC perspective, that's a rather rude comment.

Well word of mouth=the streets. But as some regimes stayed up forever, You have the city rules page. As if you look in the streets for Detroit's shooting policy, it would have been no where to be found.

But to have it all "OMGRULESRITEHERE" I imagine would break things even more.

And new players should know the rules without admins needing to spoon feed them.
