Working on a project in the Arrow Cave, I get a call at my desk from the club manager Tommy Merlyn, asking for my presence immediately. I apparently had a visitor waiting for me in the VIP area and it was obviously urgent coming from Tommy. Knowing I was occupied with my time he kept the message brief as it was the first time he had ever had to call Oliver down there. Hanging up the phone, I grabbed my jacket and straightened my tie in the mirror before entering my private elevator. 

Arriving on the main floor level, the elevator door opened into the end of a hallway that led to the kitchen. I made the elevator as elusive as possible because having my working quarters located underneath the most famous night club in Detroit was hard enough. Once I entered the back of the kitchen, I was welcomed by my appointed manager of the club Tommy. He was assured I would be totally surprised with my guests this evening and that I needed to be prepared walking into things. It was my Consigliere Eragon and he had brought along with him the Godfather Chairman SpikeS.

I asked Tommy to order a couple of bottles of the most expensive champagne we had from the club to there table and for it to arrive along with myself as I made my way up to the VIP area. Slipping him a roll of cash for the tip I continued on my way out of the kitchen and towards my comrades. There had been a lot of news of bloodshed recently in the streets and I figured this was a small meeting of the minds. I was one of the wealthiest in Detroit labeled the "Millionaire Playboy". My family knew I was always willing to take care of them by any means. Once I made my way towards the VIP area I tipped the security service that was covering the VIP area that was protecting some of my families most prestigious members.

Making my way to the table I shook hands with Eragon and Godfather SpikeS, showing them the bottles that I had comped for them as well. They were ushered in by a couple of servers in buckets of ice with tongs and glasses for the three of them. I let them know that anything they ordered or needed was on the house and the bottles were just a sign of my gratitude for them being in his club. Not knowing the severity of the situation I took my seat with my glass in my hand next to my boss Eragon and waited for them to explain there reason for showing up on short notice.

Godfather SpikeS explained to me that there had been a lot of bloodshed recently in the news. Not only did the community rely on Oliver, but his Godfather had shown up to express his interest in furthering Verdant on the next level. Giving me the opportunity to further my projects and build a second story on the club as a headquarters. It was a perfect place to house anyone who would decide they shall call the Verdant home getting some of the same luxuries the Godfather and Eragon had received with there stay at the club. I took the news as no surprise as I have always been ready to step up to the call for family by any means.

Shaking hands with Eragon and Spike we rose our glasses in celebration of the future of Verdant.

A young George makes his way through the front of Club Verdant and takes a look around. It was not only his first time in the club, but his first time in Detroit. Having flown in on business for New York he looked forward to the new opportunities ahead of him. He had a meeting with Oliver to go over a business proposition behind closed doors.

George met with Oliver after a short period of time and they were both spotted shaking hands out side a meeting room.

I appreciate your hospitality as long with Eragon and the rest of Detroit. I know from my fathers dairies that you two had worked close together so I am certain it means a lot to him looking down that I get to return the respect. As the newest family in Downtown I hope we continue to meet the criteria of great leadership that this district has offered so far.

Waiving over a bartender George asked for a few bottles to be sent down to the Arrow Cave as the two men made there exit through the hallway after Oliver had received a call.

Already predicted. Is transparency all you got?

Dave Skylarksa walks up to OliverQueen with a smile on his face, when he gets there he stops...

"Congratulations OliverQueen, I wish you all the best my friend and look forward to seeing you and your family growing."

Dave Skylark then heads off in the opposite direction towards the business district. 

Congrats Mr. Queen for getting your own crew ..

Rae approached OliverQueen with a small smile and a wrapped gift. "I know you're going to find it difficult being so far away from him, but this will help you dry up tears and drool." she told him before giving him a quick hug. "Congratulations, I'm sure you'll do amazing things." she said before heading off. 

Mr Queen congratulations on this prestigious position that you have been given! I have faith that you will not fail this city!
