The last week had been, in a word, crazy. Many people had fallen, cities destroyed, good people gone forever. Some tragic things had happened but now, that had to be put to one side. There was now the challenge of rebuilding the cities, providing homes for the children of the fallen and once again bringing prosperity to the country. After days of discussions with the Godfathers of Detroit, a decision had been reached.

I have an announcement to make regarding the expansion of Detroit, I will be moving my operation to Corktown in order to take control of the businesses there who seem to think they are outside our influence. I will also be taking Clay with me as my Captain, this man has been a great friend and advisor throughout my time in Detroit. He has worked tirelessly for this city and deserves this opportunity wholly. His organisation will be known as the Sons of Anarchy.

Here in Corktown we are committed to working with Godfathers Jake_Ballard and SpikeS, as well as working with our friends in Los Angeles and Philadelphia in order to rebuild our community across the country. I apologise if this is brief but there is much work to be done. 

It has been pointed out to me that I forgot to mention our friends in New York, I apologise. It has been a long week, it was a simple mistake.

RoryRourke, our ancestors go way back, back to when my Family Tree first began in This Thing of Ours.  Our families have remained friendly over the generations, and I am glad to see you getting this spot.  Well deserved.  You are a good guy, and I wish you and your Family long lives of success.  Here's to Godfather RoryRourke, the World Champion of Corktown, DT

Lucy couldn't contain herself, it was an exciting day for the city of Detroit and she felt very proud of what her old boss had achieved so far and was looking forward to this next chapter

Congratulations Rory! I couldn't be happier that you are getting this great opportunity. You have worked so hard and I truly believe this is well earned. I am proud to have worked by your side and look forward to our continued relationship.

Lucy hugs Rory as hard as her little arms could manage then presents him with a small wooden box

As soon as I saw this I knew it would be a perfect gift for you.

Luther was walking through the streets of Detroit when he saw the crowd gathering for RoryRourke's speech.

"Good luck to you sir, and all who will help you continue on building in Detroit."

Rae raised her eyebrows as Rory finished up his speech. She was politely clapping along with the others in the crowd before making her way towards the man whom she considered a friend. She grinned as she got close and said, "So thats what chopped liver feels like, huh?" before giving him a quick hug. "Congratulations, Rory. You have definitely earned this amazing opportunity." she told him before peeking in the box Lucy had handed over and giving a low whistle, "Spudtacular." she said before laughing and moving off to the side. 

Dave_Skylark noticed his old boss in the streets with a crowd gathering round him so he made his way over and stood in the crowd, listening to everything RoryRourke had to say. After RoryRourke finished Dave_Skylark made himself seen in the crowd as he began to speak. 

"Congratulations RoryRourke you deserve this moment, I wasn't in your family for long but working for you was a honour and I know you will do a brilliant job in Corktown and I wish you all the best of luck my friend."

After Dave Skylark finished he turned round and headed towards the train station. 

As Dave Skylark is walking towards the train station he has a feeling he had forgot something, after a moment of thinking he remembers and runs back to where he had just come from. On his arrival everyone turns round looking at Dave who is breathing heavy and out of breathe, after a minute of struggle Dave gets his breathe back and stands up straight. 

"Sorry I forgot to congratulate the new captain of Corktown, if I didn't come back it would be playing on my mind all day. Congratulations Clay I wish you all the best in your new position in Corktown."

Dave Skylark wipes the sweat from his head and smile then begins to limp off back in the direction he came running from.  

When Anna had recieved the telegram bearing the news of RoryRourke's move to Corktown, she had been unable to drop the smile from her face. As soon as she could, she set out over to Corktown, to the place where Rory was celebrating, and sought him out. She tapped him lightly on the shoulder to draw his attention, and slipped a pack of fine cuban cigars into the pocket of his overcoat, for him to enjoy over a brandy or the like when he had some time to himself.

Rory, my dear, congratulations. You deserve this move hugely and it delights me to see this happen for you. I'm already looking forward to seeing Godfather RoryRourke walking amongst us - who would've thought! All the best in Corktown - and if you need anything, you know where I am!

Anna then turns to Clay.

Clay, my congratulations to you also. I'm sure you will do a wonderful job alongside Rory of making Corktown as strong and prosperous as the other two districts of Detroit.
