Montesdeoca was just making his way off the plane that landed down in the Bronx of New York, as he started to carry his bags out of the airport and headed to his small, dandly home near one of the jewelry stores that he visited often, not to really buy from it but to inspect it as far as it's security goes and how the store's interior is setup. He set the bags down in the middle of the living room as he looked out the window in the broad daylight before he turned away to set his jacket down on one of the seats near him to the entrance to the kitchen, remembering that he now needs to have it setup with a friend of his, DannyGreene. Making his way back outside down the road to one of the local telephone booths as he stepped inside, sliding in a nickel to make a call as he started to press down some numbers on the dial pad to ring up his friend.

"Hey! Danny! It's uh Monte I just made my way off the plane to land over in the Bronx and I'm not sure if you remember but I've been thinking of uh--.." Pausing as he wanted to lower his voice while he was in the middle of the conversation. "You know, hitting up that jewelry store that I've been inspecting for weeks now. I was wondering if you can come over so we can start getting this planned out and so on, trust me if we can fence these jewels we can probably make a fortune off them for the right price, just as long as we can find a buyer. Somebody willing to get our products, think I know just the guy but he likes to stay incognito. Come over, let's get this done!" Montesdeoca exclaimed in a lowered down voice as it ringed with excitement.

The job setup took at least weeks of inspections in order to make there were no flaws or to check for any other passage that could be snuck through so nothing could've been triggered, which means it would have left better success had the job been done right, the only problem leaves with hired mafiosos they hire to keep around the store at night to make sure it doesn't get hit up though they are positioned in some bizarre places would make quite a stand fall if they were ever able to cross paths, but Montesdeoca had a good plan that was good enough that they might not even have to cause any problems with the exterior extent of the building or catch any attention while in the interior part of the build, considering how locked they keep the offices and the safes they keep hidden in some small cracks as he inspected a day before as they were constructing a new place in, using it as a cover to keep looking over at the store in the meantime. Montesdeoca stood in the phone booth as he was waiting to see what would go down with DannyGreene's response, hopefully that he can show up so this can be a partnered plan to where nothing could go wrong apart from going solo which may cause some withdrawal.

Danny was sitting in his living room like he normally did this time of the early evening.  He had the TV tray set up, empty plate in front of him, after dinner cigar firmly in his mouth.  His lady friend was in the kitchen cleaning up when she realized that she was supposed to remind Danny of something.

"Oh Danny!  Its 6:15!  Isn't your friend supposed to be flying in soon?  You told me to remind you."

How could Danny forget.  His friend had been planning a big job for quite some time now.  He was away on business, but Montesdeoca was due in any time now. 

Danny grabbed his coat, kissed his lady friend and headed out the door.

"Don't wait up.  I'll probably be late."  Danny chuckled every time he said that.  She knew he didn't keep normal hours. 

Danny made his way to the pay phone on the corner that was in front of the corner tavern.  He went in the tavern, ordered a drink and gave one of the locals twenty bucks to stand outside and wait on his call.  After about 20 minutes the guy came inside and let Danny know that someone was on the phone for him.  It was kind of inconvenient the way they had to communicate, but hey, its better than blabbing their business over their home phones where anyone could be listening in.

"Danny here......hey Monte!.......How was the trip buddy?...........Good, good............That sounds great.  Let me go inside and settle up my tab and I"ll be over in 15 minutes."

Danny hung up the phone and immediately got in his car and headed to Montesdeoca's house.  No need settling a tab.  He'd be back there again tomorrow.

As Danny pulled up next to the house he could not contain his enthusiasm.  This could be the heist of all heists for this local thug and his buddy.  He walked up the sidewalk and knocked on the door.  He couldn't wait for Monte to answer the door and let him in.

Montesdeoca was sitting in his living room while he casually felt the sunlight gaze through the window and feel onto his shoulder.  He heard a knock as he pondered "That must be Danny!" He exclaimed as he got up and started to open the door slowly and check who it was behind the door before spotting Danny, the man himself. As he opened the door fully and invited the man in, there would be a set of blueprints and notes on the living room table already set up for the meeting.

"Hey bud! Glad you could make it, make yourself at home and then we can get this settled. Close the door behind ya, will ya?"

Montesdeoca said as he left the door open so he could enter inside the household as he walked over back to the living room table and sat down on the closest seat as he reviewing the plans he had set up for the jewelry store stickup, this would make a good opportunity for himself and his friend Danny if they are able to collect a massive amount of the jewels that would be inside the store, full of rich diamonds and other exotic objects. The blueprint is lined up across the table so it could be seen better as there was a sketch drawn on the print of the building itself, the exits around and any other possible alleyway routes or points of entry. A vent would be located on the upper roof as well as a set of windows which could be opened if picked carefully. Which means an easy slide in for both of them if they were able to score the opportunity without being caught from the outside from the possible security detail which will be explained later, he starts to sketch several circles around the store to indicate the detail, as he started to set the pencil down and look over at DannyGreene.

"So, we might have a little issue. We have a mafioso security detail watching over the store at night which we have to hit at, but I think I got some tools so we can make it a quiet kill if we need to, considering the fact of how many there are inside and out, I'll have to explain the rest, but we got a vent over on the roof which could lead into the store and we got an exit alleyway behind the store, then we have a couple windows which can be easily pick locked carefully as they are just slide in, pretty ridiculous considering how important the store is. But, cash is cash."

Montesdeoca must have been waiting right inside the door when Danny arrived.  The door opened almost immediately after he had knocked.  Danny looked over his shoulder one more time before following his friend into the house.  This job was too important to be ruined by some snot nosed kid in the neighborhood who could be a nark for one of the rival families. 

Once inside it became obvious that Monte had done his homework.  Danny listened to his bud explain the crime and then took many minutes looking over the detailed blueprints for himself.  After organizing his thoughts, Danny had a few questions.

Looks like you've done well, Monte.  Just some thoughts......do we need another person to drive the get away car?  I'm sure it will be parked in that alley in the back, but do we trust leaving it sit there while we are inside?

Also...do we know who these other Mafioso people are that are doing the security?  Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with putting some lead in their skulls if they get in our way.  But if we know them....maybe we could work together?  Just a thought.

Danny spent a few more minutes looking over the prints, trying to figure out the best way in.......vent or windows?  windows or vent?  Regardless of the specifics, Danny was in.  He was a criminal at heart always looking for the big score and this could be his biggest.

I'm in bud.  You just need to tell me when and what I need to bring. 

You have anything to drink in this place?  I'm getting nervous for this already.

Homework done indeed, he had been inspecting it for weeks doing nothing but checking out entry points, detail, interior and exterior and the thought of them putting in a new safe later today, which means more cash for him and his buddy. At the question of drinks, he knew it was coming sooner or later, but then again it's better safe than sorry.

"Yeah, I got some beer in the kitchen I think, cold just how we like it. Help yourself."

"And also, I have no idea who the mafioso detail is. They haven't really left a mark of information other than just stand there and talk to each other often, nothing about their family so far. But you know shit happens if they don't really talk and I don't feel like interrogating one of them right in the middle of the night, if we have them scream it could be a problem after all, but I'm pretty sure we'll last considering both of our amazing skill. But yeah, my thought is I guess we should enter through the vents and make our pathway in through there, it saves having to pick the window lock and would make sure we could get a good grasp of what we're looking at from above. I got a guy in the getaway waiting for us, his name is Giovanni, he'll know who we are once he sees us. Good kid too, found him wandering the street, ended up spilling beans about him driving but I thought I'd put it to the test. I got the car setup with bags so we can stash the jewelry in and anything else that's in the store, just make sure to bring your gun just in case something goes wrong, I paid off the cops so we wouldn't get any police attention if we do get caught, it's worth it. Don't want us to go to jail because of a small fuckup after all."

"If we have to, you put a cap in those guy's brains. Wrong place, wrong time. Don't know how much money they're getting paid to guard that store but if it's not a lot then trust me they are wasting their time more than you could realize right now but they get their day break so it saves us more time considering they may just be a couple of original thugs looking to make some cash so I don't think they will be a major problem just all grouped together probably might have a small withdrawal. Also." Montesdeoca stands up to head on over to his bedroom only to come back with two Venetian masks which can be used to cover their faces as he lays them down on the table on top of the blueprint plans.

"We're gonna need these Venetian masks so we stay incognito through the whole thing, trust me we'll look good. So you ready for this?"

Danny took 2 beers out of the fridge and handed one to Monte.  He popped the cap on his own and lifted it to his mouth.  Without lowering the beer, he consumed the whole thing with out 3 gulps.  Blame it on his irish roots, he drank too often and too quick.  But at a time like this is helps his nerves. 

With one last glance at the blueprints, Danny looks up at his buddy, nods his head and grabs his mask.

Let's do this.

Montesdeoca nodded. The plan was a go as the night started to engulf the sky he made his way out with the mask slid on, his gun loaded in his suit and the bags ready for the collection, Giovanni the homeless kid driver was ready for action as he was prepared at the steering wheel for the two guys he saw earlier, he took the courtesy to open the door for both of them in the night as the moonlight shined down their way as Montesdeoca started setting the bags in the back seat as he slid in the back with the bags, leaving the passenger open for Danny so he could make his way inside the car before we took off to the jewelry that currently has a mafioso detail on standby watching over the late night people walking down the street and the people averagely driving by to their destined locations.

"Alright, Giovanni, listen carefully because I'm only gonna tell you this once so we save time. Once my friend gets inside here you're gonna drive by and pass the jewelry store so we can get one last glance at the security detail on the inside and outside and then drive us to that building I told you about with the vents over right near the store so we could sneak in that way. Once we get inside you're gonna park in the alleyways, lights off and engine off until we get off with the all the diamonds and stuff that's gonna be in there with those new safes, give us time to dispose of anything if we need to, then once we sneak back out we meet you back down at the car and you get us out of there, don't worry about any cops because I had them paid off so if somebody were to call about this they wouldn't respond because they know what we did now so they will pay attention. Cops in this town are always saving for the last buck so you can tell how easy this shit is, alright get the engine started and prepare everything so we can get there on time."

Danny downed the rest of his beer and put 2 more in his pockets.  One for his nerves and the other to celebrate with after the heist.  He put his mask on before heading out to the car.  He didn't know the getaway driver, and he wanted to make sure the getaway driver didn't know him.  Once to the car Giovanni was there holding the door open.  Danny nodded and slid into the passenger's seat. 

With Monte in the back and Gio driving, it was time to head out.  Danny chugged the beer for his nerves and turned to look at Monte.

In thru the vents on the roof of the neighboring building, shoot guards inside and ask questions later, fill the bags, out the vents and into the alley where Gio will be waiting.  Right?  We all on the same page?

Giovanni nodded as he was already excited as he got the job to drive two mafiosos onto their jewelry store stickup.

"Yeah, yeah boss! One hundred percent on the page!" He exclaimed with excitement, Montesdeoca chuckled as he signaled to Giovanni to start getting the plan in motion as the car started up and they made their way to the Jewelry store going slow to inspect the mafioso security detail, some would be in group while others are with partners inside the store and just outside the entrance with their guns hidden in their suits. Considering the possible expectations that would even need to wield their guns out as such, Montesdeoca took a quick glance at them to see if any body armor was bulging out from their chest, at least so he could try because it's not very easy to see but after that Giovanni drove over to the building where the vent to sneak in was supposed to be like he planned and stopped in front of the building so they can get out and start the plan, Montesdeoca got out as he told Giovanni to start waiting the alleyway with a hand signal, have to keep quiet so he can't attract the attention from the other detailed hired guns. He made his way up the old flight of stairs up towards the roof where the vent was supposed to be. Getting a tool that would be able to remove the screws he started to pop off the vents and shove his bag inside and start crawling, the vent was dusty but it was the only way they could sneak with less detection even though it reeks of gas it was the mostly independent choice they had.

"Come on Danny! I'll meet you down on the floor!" He shouted to him in a quiet sounding voice.

Danny followed Monte's lead. He went up the rickety old steps, his foot landing just as Monte's foot was lifted. Once to the top he waited for his partner to open up the vent. So far, the plan had played out just like they had talked. The security detail outside had not detected them. The vent was exactly where it was supposed to be. Once into the vent Danny slowed his breathing. Even though he had the mask, the dust made it almost impossible to inhale. He was able to make eye contact and say something to Monte.

So far so good. Let's hope there's as many treasures down there as we think. See you at the bottom.

With that they began to head down the vent, bags in one hand, gun in the other.

Montesdeoca was almost about to reach the floor, reaching the end of the vent where he had planned it was supposed to be. He kept his gun in his right hand while he dropped the bag down to the floor to avoid any other complications having to slide down a musty air vent as he slowly dropped down to the ground, eyeing the room they're in, the room has several jewels carried around but the most of it is in the rest of the other rooms and the safes which he has yet to crack. He moves his bag to make space for Danny when he makes it down onto the bottom floor as he started to stare at the jewels that were around in his current interior part of the room, his eyes had a massive glint in them just from staring at all the fantastic and exotic jewelry.

"Holy shit. We're gonna make tons of money.." He said in a quiet voice.

Danny reached the floor just after Monte. He couldn't believe his eyes. The room was full of jewels. And this was just one room, which jewels out in the open. He started to imagine what they would find in the other rooms, the rooms with the safes. Danny looked at his buddy and could barely get his words out.

Look at it all! So what do you want to do? Just take what we see here? Or go into the other rooms and look for the safes?

Before he even heard an answer Danny began throwing the jewels into his bag. So far so good. No guards yet, but would they be in the next room?

Montesdeoca started loading in the jewels as well, not even worried about their condition he's worried more about the cash then it is at the moment, so far no guards have been alerted so far as he started collecting the rest of the jewels in the room as he kept filling the bag as he stopped once him and his buddy ransacked the first room. He prepared the gun as he started to go to the door that lead to the hallway as he started to aim it up right as he slowly opened the door and examined around the front desk and hallway around, the only thing that could be seen is the group outside having a conversation.

"What a bunch of idiots. Whoever is paying them is wasting their money and pure time, gonna laugh once they realize this entire place has been ransacked." He said quietly with a small chuckle as he started to go down the hallway to one of the others room that contained a larger amount of jewels then the previous ones, it means they were getting deeper inside where they store the most exotic jewelry.

This was shaping up to be a home run of a heist. Danny's bag was already heavy and they had only cleared out one room.

You did good on this one Monte!

Danny followed his buddy back the hallway to one of the other rooms. He got his gun ready, as he knew there had to be some security somewhere inside the building.

Inside the building down the hallway where Montesdeoca went to the first room that was in the hallway on the right he started to clear out that room as he was already opening jewelry boxes and filling the bag even more, while he heard conversation in the other room on the left down the hallway because they were shouting, like they were having some sort of celebration and were already drunk on the job, he shook his head with a shame.

"Again. Waste of money for whoever paid these dimwits to start guarding jewelry stores, especially ones like this."

He said while he kept filling the bag, it gave Danny enough warning that there would be security in the room talking about women and so on while in their drunken state, he kept his gun handy incase one of the mafioso hired guns walked on behind him when he least expected it, he looked back into the hallway to warn Danny himself. 

"Danny, watch out, guards on the last room to the left. Clap them all if you have to."

Danny heard the voices too. He was beginning to get a little nervous.

Monte! How much more? If one drunk person comes out of that room this building becomes a blood bath.

He starts to think that maybe they should clean out this room and then head back up the vents.

What do you say we take care of this room and call it a night?  Either that, or let's head straight to that room and get rid of them.  That way they can't surprise us and maybe get in a lucky shot on us.  

Danny continues to fill his bag as he waits to see what his partner wants to do.

Montesdeoca finished filling his bag of jewels from the next room before he slid his bag out into the hallway while he crawled down to the door that was full of drunk gentlemen talking with his gun in his right hand as he checked the magazine and slid it back inside as he nodded at Danny before he motioned over to the door, aiming at the door while he stands up aiming down the sights.

"Alright, open the door because we're shooting them all." He said in a quiet voice, before he nodded at Danny.

"Can't have any of these weird ass people trying to get a lucky shot on us like you said, so good plan."

Danny knew that it was time to earn the riches he was about to get.  He scurried over to the door staying as low as he could.  He reached his hand up to the knob to open the door.  The drunks didn't have a chance.  With Monte shooting up high and Danny shooting at the same time low, they were sure to take care of the room quickly.

He looked up to his buddy and put up 3 fingers, letting him know that the carnage would begin on the count of 3.  He held the gun tight in his hand and had another clip ready to go in his pocket.  Danny took a deep breath and looked up at his buddy....

One......two.........THREE!!

Danny threw open the door and began firing in the room!!!!

Montesdeoca raised his firearm once his friend Danny opened the door to expose the bunch of drunk men having a very awkwardly large conversation in the room, once the door had opened gunshots rung out through the store as Montesdeoca and his friend opened fire as the room only spilled blood and shells dropped onto the floor, the mafioso detail fell to the floor as the bottles broke open upon collapse to the hard floor as they all yelled in agony once they had received rainfire.

"Alright, stop, stop!" As he said as he quit firing his weapon because all of them were dead.

"Empty out the rest of the rooms before they come inside from the outside!" He shouted as he went to the room right behind him and started to quickly load out the rich jewelry into the bag, increasing the capacity of the bag mass by a lot more considering Montesdeoca and his friends just emptied out the entire store o f what it had. A car engine was heard starting in the alleyway, this means Giovanni would've heard the gunshots and was ready to storm out as soon as the duo he was supposed to drive out hopped into the car, time to make their escape!

"The car's ready! Let's go!"

Monte didn't have to tell Danny twice. As soon as his gun was empty he was filling his bag and heading back to the vents. The climb back up was harder because of the full bags that the pair was carrying, but the adrenaline more than made up for the extra weight.

Once to the top of the building they could see both the getaway car and the other mafioso that were stationed outside.  For whatever reason, they were in no hurry to get inside.  Either they didn't hear the gunfire, or they did and didn't want to put their asses on the line.  

They crossed over to the other building and made their way down to the alley and the waiting car.  They jumped in bags and all.

Go!  Go! Go!  Don't look back Giovanni!

the driver didn't have to be told twice.  The car was rolling when they jumped in.  Once they got a couple of blocks away the two men looked at each other.

We did it!  We really did it!  How much do you think we got? 500,000?  A million! Two?
