Jay steps up to the streets, trying to gather everybodies attention, he coughs loudly, as everybody looks up he begins to speak "After yesterdays unfortunate events with Three, it left Philadelphia, a city with great potential, empty, and without a leader, my ancestors have always loved Philly as a city, and my great great great grandpappy, who was the first of myu family line, came to America, and located himself with Salvatore_Riina in Philly. I have always heard great things about Philly, and my oppotunity came" "Firstly, I would like to say Rest In Peace Three, you did great things with Philadelphia, and I wil always remember you for that, it is a shame that the vents last night happened, but they did, and are not reversable, and Philadelphia needs someone to run it's streets" "This is where I step in, in a local coffee chop mere minutes ago, my and the other 3 crewleaders got together and discussed Philly, I suggessted I move into Philly, to lead and protect the streets to the best of my ability. After what seemed like hours of discussing, we came to the conclusion that I would today, move my HQ into Philly, to start my own history" "I would also like to say thankyou, to Oliver McTavish, I have been with him since the first time he had set up Badass, in the middle of a war, I joined him, and served him right up until just weeks ago, when he made the decision to authorize me my very own HQ, beside himself in Chicago. I shall miss Chicago, and I wish Oliver the best of luck, I for onw think he has done great things with the city, and can only imagine more great things are to come from him" "The Company is now located in Philadelphia, and I shall be watching out for eveyone of my members, if you have any problems with my family, please, do not hesitate to talk to me about it. I shall sort it out, as soon as possible. Until the next time, I bid you all farewell" Jay steps down and looks to see people talking amongst themselves, only hoping his speech went down well |

Please don't disgrace the fine city of Philadelphia, that's all I ask. Keep your idiots in line. Do something original and innovative. Enforce the codes of honor that our kind live by. Take this opportunity and do something with it, and try to be remembered as a great leader. And, fyi, being remembered as a great leader isn't analogous to who or how many you can kill. I have seen your members spew shit in funerals to whom my CL ancestors would have delivered a bullet without a second thought. Allowing disrespect of this highest kind is where it starts. If you allow it to happen, everything else follows downhill in similar fashion. I've seen it happen before in another land. God forbid we take that route. Do you want to be great? Or do you want to be another CL who is forgotten in two weeks? Keep that in mind. |

| I'd already forgotten he was a "crewleader" Pig. I'd say we can all safely assume Philadelphia will go the way of the toilet with this mute, "people are cash cows to me" kind of mentality that goes along with him and his pals. | |

As for the people who think I'm not so best suited for a crewleader, then, that's your opinion, everyone have different opinions, I don't mind if you think I'm not suited for the job I do, you can think it all you like. All I can do is try to prove you all wrong, every last one of you, and to that, I will do my best. Thank for listening. |

To be honest Jay-C, you don't have to do a single damn thing to prove people right or wrong. You're the boss so you do what you bloody well want. If people aren't happy with that, then they'll try and kill you. But that's the way things go around here. |
