The last few weeks had taken their toll on Rory, many people had been lost on all sides. Business had suffered as a result and the moonshining operation had slowed down. A meeting was called between the leaders to address the situation at hand, discussions had been lengthy and complicated but finally a clear outcome had been decided on. Rory pulled up a soapbox and began to speak.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the last few weeks have been very testing and difficult times for all of us. Although it is now over, there are still many challenges ahead. Business if suffering and our very way of life is under threat. Our current level of enterprise cannot sustain the amount of people arriving on these shores, the children of the deceased, cities lay empty and barren where the police are once again becoming to take control. 

It has been decided that I will move to The Loop, Chicago, in order to reinforce our influence and revive the business in the city. I very much look forward to rebuilding the city to the mafia stronghold that it once was. I will continue to work closely with my friends, Godfathers Jake_Ballard and SpikeS, and would like to thank them for allowing me this opportunity. I also hope to build a good business relationship with our friends in Los Angeles, Philadelphia and New York so that our cities may once again become thriving dens or crime.

Following the unfortunate death of my Captain Clay, I will be allowing Joao_Paiva to set up as my Captain. He has worked tirelessly for my family since the day he arrived and I have every confidence in his ability to help me restore Chicago to the great city it can be.

I apologise if this is brief, but we have much work to do.

Rory tips his hat before disappearing into the crowd. 

SpikeS drops by Chicago for some deep dish pizza, and after swallowing down a fair bit, holding a mug of lager.

Congratulations, Rory. I know you will shine brilliantly in Chicago, just as you have done in Detroit. 

Sprechstallmeister was wandering the streets of Chicago after his arrival on these shores. This was all new to him. He had read his father's journals, but he didn't realize just how bad of shape these parts were in. He got word Rory was being given the nod to move his operation to Chicago. A smile popped up on his face and he went over to the gathering.

"Congratulations, Mr. Rourke! My father admired you and all you stood for. He would be incredibly happy to see you where you are today. I have full faith in your ability to rebuild the once great city of Chicago."

Sprechstallmeister turned his attention to Joao_Paiva.

"Congratulations to you as well, Mr. Paiva! I'm sure you will make us all proud with your new operation."

Sprechstallmeister shook the hands of both men and went about his business.

Snak was chillen in a alley per usual in Chitown, When he hears a few words being spoken loudly. Taking a swig from his warm beer he was drinking in a brown bag, the voice sounds a bit known to him. Stumbling out of the alley he was in after pissing on the wall he notices RoryRourke speaking .

Upon listening Snak smiles and kicks a bum.

Hear hear. Rory!. You have done a great job, my father spoke highly of you and after working with you myself this is a great day. I think you will help Chitown get back its former glory and do great things. It saddens me we are losinh you here in the Motor City. But you have earned it my friend.

Snak downs his brown paper bag and kicks the bum again before going back into the alley.

Snobble had almost just arrived around these shores as his father shortly before his death had requested him to pay a visit. That visit turned out to be rather permanent, and while walking down the streets he noticed some of the finest men talk about moving their operation to Chicago. 

Since Snobble recently started working for Joao_Paiva he would of course not miss out on congratulating the both of those involved.

He slowly walked over to them and said:

"Congratulations to the both of you, I am certain that you will do a great job, making Chicago a place to be once again, and I am proud to be able to participate in that journey"

Snobble gave them both a handshake and a slight nod that indicated him being about to leave.

Kratos was new to these shores, but he has heard of Don RoryRourke from his father's diary. His father spoke highly of Don Rory, and Kratos felt obliged to greet this man, who not only respected, but to be idolized on. Knowing his place, Kratos waited for the crowd to thin till he slowly and cautiously approached the Don.

"Good day dear sir. My father has always spoken highly of you. I just wanted to drop by and congratulate on your move to Chicago. I wish you well and all the best on your new adventure."

Kratos tipped his hat and smiled at the Don. He took a step back and slowly disappeared into the crowd.

Anna had heard the happy news of RoryRourke's move the day before, and had headed out to Chicago as quickly as she could to celebrate.

Rory, congratulations again! It seems such a short time since I was congratulating you on your move to Corktown, Detroit, and now here we are, celebrating you taking over Chicago! It's great to see some life in the Windy City once more, and I feel confident that the city is in the best possible hands.

Congratulations Rory!

After listening to Don RoryRourke’s announcement on the future of Chicago, he made his way over to RoryRourke’s new stomping ground to congratulate the man in person. Finding him about to explode in celebration, he approached and shook the Don’s hand firmly.

‘Rory, congratulations on this appointment. You have certainly applied yourself to the tasks set in Detroit under Godfather Jake_Ballard and Godfather Chairman SpikeS so it’s no surprise you have been given the chance to excel again to grow a city very close to my heart. I know you will build this brilliant city up to its former glory and I really look forward to see how everything takes shape in the future’.

Nighthawk took a deep breath and continued

‘I’ve heard great things about Rourke’s moonshine, I’ll ensure I take a few bottles back to Philadelphia on my return’

Nighthawk turned and exited the HQ into the sunny street of Chicago
