Firstly I would like to thank Anna and all those who have helped keep me safe upon my arrival from the old country, it has indeed been a rough ride over the last few weeks with mobsters of high repute mercilessly gunned down where they stood, some you may say had it coming but for the most part a lot of hardworking innocent people perished in the crossfire god rest their souls, devasting not only our business but also the cities we all hold dear, it is at times like these we realise just how fragile our own existence can be.

We now have the responsibility to rebuild the broken cities, like a phoenix from the flames we will once again rise and bring peace and prosperity back to the eight cities, there has been too much death and destruction and our business has been hit hard, fortunes have been lost and our grip on the underworld has somewhat diminished to the delight of every law enforcement agency across the country, our friends from the old country arriving here are finding themselves having to sleep in doorways, this cannot do we need new operations and new enterprises, we need to give these people hope!

Having been asked to start my own operation and help with the rebuilding process I felt it my duty as a good catholic to offer my services in anyway I could.

Ladies and gentlemen I now throw open the doors to The Vatican and offer safe haven to our brothers and sisters who have been left stranded and homeless, may the Lord be with you all.

Congratulations Samael, As you know are families go back a long ways. I know you have the integrity and values to be a great leader. Let me know if I can help you in anyway in your new endeavor. I am proud and happy for you. I know you will do great things with “The Vatican” Congrats again my friend!

Congratulations old sport. I am sure you will do very well in your position and lead your family to new and exciting adventures. I do believe that Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love, is no doubt in fact blessed to have you. 

Vic was leaning on a wall near where Samael made ​​the announcement of his new family.

After the announcement, Vic goes to Samael and delivering an envelope. A handshake and a smile are enough to Vic demonstrate his respect and admiration.

Vic then joins the crowd, disappearing among people.

Kratos was enjoying a cup of tea at a nearby cafe when he heard the news of Samael setting up. He finished his cup and briskly made his way to HQ, knowing that was where Samael will be at. 

True enough, when Kratos got there, Samael was already being surrounded by a crowd and was being congratulated by a handful of mafiosos. Kratos waited patiently before stepping up to the beaming man.

"Congratulations sir! I give you my best wishes and hope that you'll enjoy your new adventure with The Vatican."

Kratos gave a slight bow and smiled warmly. He then took a step back and allowed other mafiosos to give Samael their congrats.

Samael, I can think of few others better to stand amongst us now and rebuild the cities. Congratulations, and I am looking forward to working with you.

Bellatrix was walking the dark alleys of Old City District, Philly looking for some trouble to get herself into she decided to rob an art museum stealing any art galleries she felt fit to make a profit. As she run out waving her wand at any police in sight after she fled from the loud cop sirens she entered a festival party an unknown expected as she been busy robbing and enjoy herself a few too much. A new Caption was being appointed to her family's aid celebrates were being held in his honor. Congrats to Samael as I am sure he will be great in his position, Bellatrix raises her flask whiskey mixed with liquid luck Cheers!

Standing at the front of the crowd, Malcolm applauded as Anna announced Samael as the newest Crew Leader in Philadelphia. He cleared his throat and added a few words.

Samael, I know Anna has made a superb choice here. My line has worked with yours a few times in the past, and I know yours has a rich heritage and a proven trait of leadership. Today's news only adds to my belief that following recent bloodshed, Philly has a bright future, and is truly in great hands indeed. Once again, congratulations, and I'm sure you'll excel in your new position.

Malcolm hands Samael a bottle of Scotch as a HQ warming present, and steps forward to shake his hand.

I am happy you are getting the shot you deserve, you have great honor and I will be proud to sit next to you in "The Vatican".

Reading and sorting out the latest chain of events, I am wondering how in the hell did you come up with the notion that many are stranded and homeless. You got one thing right, the cities are broken and empty.

Lets face it, you are tied to Anna who is very questionable on her abilities to lead with a mind of her own. Who in their right mind would follow you?  

Tharlee grinned as she walked up to Samael and went to shake his hand.

"It's good to see you setting up. I wish you the best of luck! May your armor shine ever brightly!"

I've never met Samael before but I'd like to congratulate him and wish him the best of luck and hope he prospers.

Anarchy would shake Samael's hand before leaving.

Ripley had joined Anna's family just after Samael had left. But none the less, Ripley knew it was custom to congratulate him on this joyful day. Ripley walked towards the crowed gathering around Samuel and spoke.

"The best of luck to you and your family."

samael, I'm incredibly sincere when I say this; its a great pleasure and honour to see you step up and take this role. My father ahs worke with yours a great many times over the years and I know that he has enjoyed every single minute of it and I have no doubts that this time round it will be exactly the same.

I'm proud to see you stand up there and take your moment, I know you'll take it with both hands and make the very best of the this great opportunity. We're just next door should you need anything at all. Good luck, friend.

With a happy smile on her face, Anna waited for her fellow Philadelphians to finish congratulating Samael on his new family, before walking over herself to greet the announcement of his family name.

"Samael, my dear, I love the crew name. Thank you again for stepping up for me and for Philadelphia - I'm so excited to have the chance to bulid the future of the city together and I know that I couldn't have chosen anybody better for this task. It's great to see The Vatican rise once more."

Anna slides a box of fine cuban cigars into Lance's hand.

"These should be a good accompaniment to the Scotch that MalcolmTucker brought. I trust they'll be used to break in your new office well!".

Anna hugs Samael tightly.

"You're gonna be fabulous. Philadelphia is a better city today for your wearing a bold suit."

RazorRamon deliberately waits for the crowd to subside and die down a bit before approaching Samael, as to not steal the new Philadelphia mob boss's thunder or limelight.  A RazorRamon appearance usually results in lots of fanfare and autograph signing, ad this appearance was not about that.  It was about congratulating his friend on his new position.  -Percival attempts to frisk RazorRamon for weapons prior to him approaching, but RazorRamon clotheslines him and proceeds anyway.

Samael, you have led quite the career up until this point, having survived many wars and outliving those who stood in power before you.  Now, your career takes yet another big stride here in Philadelphia.  I for one am happy to see you getting this spot, and hope we remain friends and business associates throughout your tenure.  I'm proud to see you getting this opportunity, and furthermore I am proud to present you with this gift, old Friend.

Hannibal has lost his father in the massacre of PH.

"Congratulations Samael, I hope you'd pray for my father and give show him the path to heaven!"

It had been a busy couple of days for Nighthawk after he had the pleasure of accept and being instated as Anna’s Right Hand Man. He had been so caught up in his day to day business, he hadn’t realised how busy and cramped Mano di Morte’s HQ had become over the past few days. Old and new friends had returned to work beneath Anna and it was now becoming impossible to even get to her office before needing to dodge bodies left, right and centre.

Nighthawk was sat down in Anna’s office with Predrag and on the agenda was the problem of space in Mano di Morte’s HQ. After much debate over how we could come to the best solution for this, it was decided we would allow a new organisation to set up in Old City District, Philadelphia. There was still a tremendous amount of rebuilding to be done within the city and it was without question that opening up the HQ next door to Anna’s would be the perfect solution. It was unquestionable who would be the member who would take the reins of this and it was decided.

Anna and Samael had made their way into the streets for the announcement. Standing at the front of the crowd with Predrag and MalcolmTucker, Anna addressed the crowd, followed by Samael. Once the announcements were made, he made his way up to Samael to congratulate him.

‘Samael, we have known each other for a very long time. Our ancestors go back generations and I can’t begin to say how happy and proud I am of you at this very moment. This is the very least you deserve after being a vital member in the Mano di Morte HQ by assisting in the recruitment and the day to day activities of this crime organisation. Your hard work has paid off, but it does not mean you can rest on your laurels. There is much to be done, but it’s great to see you with a key to your own HQ and I hope you won’t be a stranger around Mano di Morte’

‘I have left something inside of your HQ for you. I hear it is the best stuff kicking around so please take this as my present to you’

Nighthawk shook Samael’s hand firmly and made his way to the back of the crowd to allow everyone else to congratulate him. 

Samael looks down and @Percival and shakes his head in amusement..

"You should no better than to place your hands on the great RazorRamon he's not a champion for nothing lad"

Turning to his friend Razor he lets out a smile "I shall wear my T-shirt with pride, you'll have to forgive old Percy he can get a bit ahead of himself at times".

Turning to the crowd he gestures for silence and clears his throat " I would like to thank you all for your best wishes and gifts it means a lot, we have all been through some hard times of late with many of you losing loved ones I hope they all find peace in the after life, I will indeed pray for your father Hannibal I am sure he is up there with the Lord looking down on you, as are all the poor souls lost of the last few weeks, never fear for heaven is a wonderful place and I am sure the good Lord is taking care of them all, I bid you all farewell for now as there is much to be done", With a smile and a wave Samael dissapears into the Vatican.
