Im disapointed that people are offering cash to lure in fresh faces. Thats a sad statement on what our society is turning into.

it is not good if we must buy new members to get them into the family, but something else is give away some money for those you are sponsoring, so they have little to begin with and can buy themselves a new suit and get some food.
It can simply let the new get started and of course give some guidelines so that they do not go away and do something stupid

Member whoring, what can I say that hasn't already been said? You see Whoring is one of those issues that seems to transend time and space. At this very moment, people all over the universe are having the same debate, and putting forward the same pithy platitudes. You see we all seem to agree that whoring is bad, but yet it still goes on. in fact one recently declared insane mobster went so far to suggest that we are all guilty of whoring, and do you know what, he's right. You see many of us come out here and spill the same old crap about how bad whoring is, and then they go back to their brothels... erm sorry HQs and continue to whore. Why? Survey says, because they believe everyone else out there is whoring and they don't want to be left behind.
You see, whoring is one of those 'crimes' where we all take a collective deep intake of breath and say 'Isn't that aweful' and then all sit back and do nothing, and that's the problem. what's the point in saying how bad something is if we all sit around with our fingers up our asses and do nowt? What we need is for all the CLs and GFs to sit down and decide to enforce a no tolerance policy on whoring. And to hell with one person vetoing the rules, this is the Mafia, not the UN security council. If one CL says no, then do what the mafia would do and go beat the living snot outta him. Once in place, anyone found guilty of whoring should be shot. If their Cl won't shoot them, then again all the other CLs should go around to his HQ and beat the living snot out of him. Whoring dishonours us all.
Now, as for some of those who have been here speaking out against whoring, well i have news for you, your own members are whoring, so either you are not paying attention, or you secretly endorse whoring. How do i know this? Well a few short weeks ago I was new to these streets, and members of every family there is, apart obviously from those who have set up recently, tried to whore me. i was offered hundreds of thousands of dollars to join this family or that. i had at one point 5 unsolicited invites, and recieved numerous do you want me to sponsor you mails. In fact only two people who approached me didn' try to whore me, Roxanne, and Ron 'cries like a baby since his best Associate was made' Jeremy. I ultimately sided with Mr Jeremy cos he was hairly like me. Now these whore masters are still alive, and still ranking away in their respective families, so who is out here decriing the tactic of whoring who shouldn't be?

No disrespect to my esteemed leader, for coming out and saying what he thinks needs to be said, and the sme goes to all the other CLs and GFs, but now its time to put up or shut up. If you are willing to sort out the whores for once and for all, then do it. If not, then stop complaining about it, the fact of the mater is, no matter how much you bleat and complain in the streets about whoring, it goes on and will continue to go on unless you shoot those responsible, and even then it will still go on. Why? Two major faults in our way of life, everyone thinks they are 'da bomb', and everyone thinks they will not get caught.
