Ok we all at one point have received the witness statement of the local bum taking a swim with da fishes. However, wouldn't it be interested if when those witness statements, for the locals bums and even at other times like war, come along and you get to see/ hear the exact last words that the victims hears. It would also add to the realism of witnessing a murder, as well as that it will bring back the need for the art of the whisper, I can't say it is really lacking but I have been killed a few times previously and there was either no whisper or it was of poor quality, those of you who have left me good whispers, you know who you are give yourself a pat on the back.

Example. Family A let's call them 'The Executioner Cartel' and Family B 'The Unholy Saints' go to war, a hitter from The Executioners catches a Capo member of The Unholy Saints in Los Angeles and has the auth to take the shot from his CL. He sneaks upon The Unholy Saint, and bang one to the knee he goes down hard as the hitter delivers the message to the boss
"Sorry, boss' orders"

After setting the scene we can now get to the role of the witness statement in this.
Bob who is coming round the corner as he hears the first shot, BANG! He ducks back behind the corner and watches the hitter kneel down beside the capo and overhear the hitter deliver the last words to the victim, then BANG! Final shot to end victim's misery.

Now realistically we couldn't expect the whisper to show up in the personals because some whispers are just too long, so it could appear like this for example.

I have no idea how this will be responded to but I am open to suggestions and thoughts on it.

however isnt a whisper suppose to be soft? or not loud enough to hear by a witness?

Sometimes whispers aren't so friendly. Back in the really old days you could see the whisper with a witness statement. Sometimes they were not appropriate for viewing. It was a great feature though...

I can't see any con's to this point. Also what classifies inappropriate. I hate to break it to you but we're in the Mafia not Fred's funland. and last time i checked nice people don't kill eachother.

This suggestions brings another dimension to the game, which enables other users discover the real reasons behind the deaths of mafioso. This makes it more realistic and dangerous for us all.

Eh, I prefer it when only the person who is dead can read it. It allows a certain amount of honesty in the whisper which might not be present otherwise. If others could read it, it would lead to more whispers being written for the peanut gallery, which isn't really the intent with them.
