The day was very calm when White Ghost had the very first thoughts about her own confectionery business. Spring came slowly, allowing all plants to wake up in their own rhythm. White Ghost was sitting next to the window and was watching what happened outside. Then, the alarm rang.
White Ghost stood up and opened up the oven. The whole room was suddenly filled with the mesmerizing scent of cinnamon, cardamom and ginger cookies.

She carefully put the plate with the cookies on mat. White Ghost grabbed one, still hot, cookie and waved it in the air to cool it a little. Then she took a bite.

It was nice. Really nice. Even delicious... No, delicious wasn't the word which could describe this cookie.

"This time it seems I succeeded" - White Ghost smilled to herself. Of course there were some earlier cookies experiments... but this time, these were perfect.

"It's a pity that I don't have any small children in the family to give them some..." - she sat again next to the window, gazing on the nature outside. And then she thought about Confectionery.

...

The place wasn't this bad. Actually it could be even quite nice for setting new business if only... there would be around less grey toned buildings.

"Well, of course, I can easily change it" - White Ghost thought. Sometime ago, she had an aunt in the family, who had the cementary planted with roses. Now her aunt was laying in the cementary ground, but White Ghost was sure that she wouldn't be angry if her niece would take some flowers...

"And the walls will be white" - she thought - "Cementary roses and white-as-ghost walls, it should be ok, I think..."

...

Finally after two months of preparations, mastering baking skills and refining recipes - it is!

White Ghost looked around.
"Time for pastry selling" - she thought - "And, I am very curious to see when the first Surprise Dessert will be ordered..."

It was a beautiful day and Johnny was having the munchies. He had a special place for sweet treats in his stomach and heart. He had heard that WhiteGhost opened a new pastry shop. He decided to go and check it out.

After 20 minutes, he arrives at the <<Rose Confectionary>>. He goes in and sees Whitey all covered up with flour. Johnny could not help but laugh.

"Looks like you're having a fight with the flour. And it is winning..!", he said while trying to restrain himself.

WhiteGhost gave him an evil stare and asked him, "Are you gonna pick anything or will you just laugh about me doing my work?"

"Ah yeah.. My bad.. Gimme one of the Surprise ones!", Johnny said almost in an ecstatic tone. He loved surprises.
He made the ordered and waited for it to get ready.

"Surprise" he wants...

White Ghost went to the confectionery kitchen.

"Surprise" dessert should not only be suprising, it is also created specialy for person who ordered it...

Around half hour later White Ghost appeared again, still literally white because of flour. She was carrying cake stand covered with dome.

- Here it is! - she put cake stand in front of Johnny_Bravo.
- What is inside? - asked Johnny and VERY carefully raised the dome.

But nothing (fortunately?) jumped out.
Instead of this the room was filled with scent of cinnamon. But it wasn't the smell to which we are used to. This time sensation was much more warmer and magic-like.

- The cinnamon was burned under the dome - explained White Ghost - That is why the scent is more intensive and smoky.

On the cake stand was laid six tiny croissants around little bowl with bright yellow cream.

- These are croissants with chestnut filling and eggnog cream. One of them is special - she winked with mysterious grin - I hope you will like them.

White Ghost left Johnny with his dessert. She sat in her corner and stealthily was watching how Johnny is enjoying a "Surprise".

and "Surprize" with a dessert my fine lady

- Right now, Sir! - White Ghost saluted with smile and run into kitchen.

After half hour of waiting FreddyFastFinger was nearly ready to check if nothing bad happened there. But, before he even stood up, White Ghost appeared with plate in her right hand, and something gold in her left hand.

- I hope it didn't take too long... - she said, and placed plate in front of FFF.

It was round, gold-browned cake decorated with "crown" made from violet, tiny flowers.

- It is Cheese Cake with Lilac Flowers - White Ghost "introduced" cake - about these flowers, there is little secret... are you interested?
- Maybe.
- For cooking is used Elder Flower, Black Lilac in my language, which flowers are white. To obtain Common-Lilac-like flowers, they are soaked in Blue Curacao and Grenadine in right proportion.

FFF took a bite. Consistency wasn't as solid, as usually Cheese Cakes are. This one was so delicate, that person who eat it could have impression that it is made of cheese cream and it will collapse in any moment. Fortunately, it was surprisingly shape-preserving in the same time.
In taste it was subtle sweet, as the cottage cheese with elder flowers can be, with more intensive accents where violet flowers can be found.

- Here is your "Surprize" - White Ghost winked and put next to Cheese Cake plate, small box made from paper with gold decorations.

FFF opened the box. Inside was dark-brown frog.
- Is it... Chocolate Frog?
- Yes! - White Ghost nearly clapped her hands out of joy.
- You know... - she whispered to him - I made sure that it has all things inside recreated as true frog has...

She was looking at FFF waiting for his reaction.
