After months of planning Brusty had finally seen his opportunity. The First National Bank of Detroit was going to be transfering money and he was planning on using this to make his mark. He had a man on the indside whose job was now done. He took one last drag of put his cigarette, put it down and picked up the phone. He called the man across town, Is everything in place? It will be in ten minutes. Is it finally going down today? With no set backs we should be good to go, but you need to focus on being in position. No problem. Then this conversation is over... (Click) After hanging up the phone he called into the other room where 3 men were sitting. Are the suits ready? Do they look like the genuine? We just got back from the tailor and he said he's willing to put his life on the line to ensure these look genuine. He even imported the proper dies to make it look perfect. Good, then we'll get going after one quick call. Brusty picks up the phone and gives the local police comissioner a call and takes some photos out of his desk. Hello Comissioner, it's me... There aren't any duplicates are there? Of course not, and half will be given to you after you do your part of the deal. The other half will be given after the mission goes successfully without any interference. (Click) Now that everything was in place he signaled his men to get the suits on and then they walked down to the street and waited for the cars to come down the street. Two police cars came down and stopped right next to the men and they stepped in. The cars drove to the border of the city and waited to take over protection of an armored car headed for The First National Bank of Detroit. As the other cars faded away they lead the car down an alley and stopped. When the guards realized what was happening they went for their radio but it was too late. The man Brusty called earlier was in place and he had the key the inside man spent months getting a mold of. He quickly disposed of the guards with two shots to each of the men, one in the head and one in the throat. Now that the car was attained the police officer turned to Brusty and said, Do your thing... With pleasure. Brusty turned to one of his men, nodded and then the man pulled the car door out from its hiding place and replaced the door that was covered in blood. He then quickly threw a seat cover over the seat to make it look like there was nothing wrong, it covered the blood and added a personal touch that would make anyone less suspicious. The man who just killed the guards turned to Brusty and said, The road block won't be up much longer so you had better hurry up or else they'll get suspicious. Right, let's get going. Brusty turned to the men who were in the cars and they quickly stepped into their appropriate vehicles. One in each police car while Brusty and the third man stepped into the truck. They got to the Bank without any suspisions raised and stepped out of the truck. They were now inside the closed Bank and watching the Manager open the Vault. When he opened the vault they started taking the money in just like the inside man had told them. They were going to wait until they were three fourths of the way done to take out the manager and take the cash. When the other guards had gotten bored and started dozing off Brusty pulled out his knife and slit the managers throat inside the vault while the three men he brought with him took care of the police officers. The first man turned to Brusty and asked, Are you sure that it was necessary to kill the cops? Yeah... I'm pretty sure the comish doesn't give a shit about his family because I heard his wife's been sleeping around too. The only reason we let him get involved was because we needed the cop cars and I think our little surprise will cover whatever attempts he makes to stop us and look like a hero. It is an election year after all. Ok let's just get this over with before the others notice what we've done. When they had finished packing up the truck the deputy comissioner came walking into the building with his hands in the air and said, Well, well, well... You thought you could screw us over did you? Now it'll look better if you're brought in alive so you can either follow me or try to get through the twenty cars surrounding the entrances. Brusty grabbed his gun and missed with the first shot, he always was a lousy aim... but the second hit the man right in the chest. The four men quickly ran to the armored truck and started the engine. They heard a voice that sounded like they knew the deputy comissioner was dead and they got into positions. The driver attached a brick to the gas and fixed the steering wheel. He turned the key, put it in first gear and watched half the cars chase after three got smashed when it went out the garage. A truck came from the opposite direction after it crashed and the men quickly loaded it with the bags of money that they had placed next to the first truck, and went in the opposite direction. With a rather large number of guards left Brusty decided that they would have to use the backup plan. He got in the car and started driving towards the comissioner's misstress' apartment complex. The comissioner was chasing in one of the cars and realized where they were headed and took a side street to cut them off. He stopped in front of the complex and went inside and found his misstress and told her of the coming danger. When he finally started out the door with her he saw the truck go by and turned wondering where they planned to run to? Then he saw a fuse coming from around the corner headed towards the garbage cans. There was dynamite attached to the main points of the wall and he knew they were dead. The apartment complex collapsed and the three cars that did make it through the building toppling onto the street turned around to help the downed officers, and in fear that there may be other traps waiting ahead. At this point the man Brusty had called came walking out onto the street with the deputy comissioner and their tommy guns. They blew the remaining officers to pieces and went to the getaway apartment to meet up with Brusty. When the Deputy Comissioner came walking in the three men who were in the truck with Brusty pulled there guns, but Brusty waved them to put their guns away. He stood up and shook the Deputy Comissioner's hand and handed him his cut of the take. I have to say that you are the worst person to piss of Deputy Comissioner. I still find it hard to believe that you went along with this whole thing. I was surprised to see you at the bank but I'm glad you wore the bullet proof vest. Yeah well that'll teach him for sleeping with my wife. The Deputy Comissioner turned to the three men and explained that the Comissioner had been sleeping with his wife and that his wife was the mistress. When he finished one man asked, Well I don't understand why you trusted him so much Brusty, how did you know he wouldn't turn on you? That's another story entirely... It's how he got his position in the first place, but I'll let her explain. During the comotion the comissioner's wife had snuck in and was standing in the doorway. She turned to the men and said, I took the photos of my late husband and his late wife. I convinced my late husband to give him a job or else I would tell him. We grew close to each other and now the two of us are off to Mexico to get married. Brusty then added, This is good for us because he came to me after he saw the pictures, told me the story, and we began our planning of the job. I told him to wear the vest because I figured the comissioner would try to get rid of the Deputy. The Deputy was also the perfect inside man being the one who regularly inspected the bank and had access to the police records. Those records included when they would be protecting an armored car and gave us the opportunity to listen to everything the comissioner was planning to do to stop us... I couldn't tell you guys because you guys are tight and tell each other everything. At this point Brusty pulled out his gun and shot one of the men point blank, to make up for his poor aim. He then continued, We wanted to control what the comissioner knew about the situation and you can check the inside of his jacket, he's a cop. All the cops who knew about the operation just happened to be scheduled in the areas near the bank that day. That's why we had to make sure every last one of them was dead. We're gonna pay some friends to check the list to make sure that none of them are left to testify, in case we missed one. I suggest you leave the country for a bit as they will be looking for anyone associated with me, but the Deputy was kind enough to grab my fial. SO this means they're going to come after whatever associates they remember me being with, probably including you guys. |
