My idea is whenever you arrive in a city, there will be Greeting based on what city you're in. Like for example you go to Chicago and when you arrive there will be a greeting and the godfather of that city has the option to write that greeting, it could be long or super short. The city greeting should be based on the history of the city and what the city businesses are.

Example:

Welcome visitors to The Sin City. Want to enjoy a nice drink and some decent food, then (name of a bar) the best running business today in the Las Vegas. Want to join us talk to _Ragnarok_ or Inspector_Clouseau

At best, when you fly to another city, the City rules should pop up when you land.

Yeah, there should be an option if you want to post anything, to show when they land

koo... Adding a GF welcome post option and an automatic direct to city rules would be a simple add...

I do much prefer _Ragnarok_'s idea to be honest. That should be something that would help but as for the greeting thing.. personally its a waste of time. Hate to say it but.. I don't personally see how that would benifit us as mobsters when all we need to do is visit the business district anyway.

I mean the same could be said for the city rules and I check them often for all cities to see if any changes are made but it would help a many few who don't check them.

Business in the greeting will show the most popular running shop so people will know where to go to have a good time and business can change depending on the popularity more people will read the greeting. Business district popularity is low so you can show the people where to go to have a good time the owners will be happy because of the popularity, this can increase the amount of people visiting a city. There should also be a thing where you can pay the Godfather to put up their business for a period of time.

I also like Ragnarok's idea as well, I don't mind if my City Greeting doesn't work but I because either way I like how you can see the City Rules when you arrive in the Airport

all together the concept of it is what is good... not better or less of... it could all work.

I honestly would not spend time reading a welcome to insert city message upon entering. So in my opinion it would be a waste, but I do like the idea of the city rules popping up, that's stuff everyone should know and check on often for changes.. So it would serve more of a purpose.
