It was a dark Winters night, the wind was strong and the air was nipping at his ears. Danny was on his way to collect some money of a Goomba who's deadline had long since past. Little did Danny know that this Goomba was assosiated with another small time gang, the gang was un-authed and much too cocky. Danny approached the Goombas appartment at McCoy St, NW New Orleans.

He knocked on the door and stood back with his hand on his gun, just incase. One of the Goomba's friends who went by the name of Bruna Gotti opened the door. He was a small man with a stubby stature. Immediatly he knew what Danny was here for, just a small $100,000. But these Thugs were desperate and money-hungry. Bruno grabbed a bat that was conveniently placed beside the door and hit Danny with it, Danny stumbled backwards and fell at the cerb. He pulled out his gun and shot at Bruno, hitting him in the lower back and leg. The rest of the un-authed mobsters took positions at the windows and shot franticly at Danny. Danny took cover behind their car and was pinned down. Danny blindfired a few rounds back but none hit. All Danny could do was wait for help.

Danny waited for a few moments for the firing to stop, as he heard the Gangsters and Goombas reload he popped up fired a few rounds and ran. He was pursuied by three of the Gangsters who had been shooting at him, Danny got to the end of McCoy St and hid behind a gable wall, he waited as the Gangsters ran onto the road, four gunshots rang out, three men dead and one injured and only $5,000 recovered. Danny had failed his first appointed job.....

Back at HQ Battista was'nt too mad, after all it was only $100,000, but Battista dosn't like it when a little Goomba rips him off, nobody does. He sent Danny back to the appartment to check out the place. Danny arrives outside the appartment for a second time and enters, the place was abandonded and not to mention trashed, there was papers scattered all over the floor and blood on the walls. This was strange because Danny had shot Bruno at the front door which was nowhere near the wall.
Danny went upstairs and finds a stash of money, alchohol and drugs. He signals the driver to come up. The driver was a very tall man who wore a grey uniform. Danny and the driver lifted the money annd liqour into the car and the driver waited outside while Danny searched the house. In the next room Danny found the corps of the Goomba, his name was Dillow and he was a well built man, but very young. Beside the Goomba was a note, it read: Don't screw with shaikat. Danny put the note in his pocket and went back to the car. Danny looked up the name in the phone book but found no record. He returned to the HQ and gave the note to Battista. Battista thought for a while before giving Danny an address.
Danny decided to take TommyTattaglia with him incase there was to ba any trouble. They arrived at the address and knocked on the door, a small man who went by the name of Fabio opened the door. "What!?" he shouted, "We're looking for shaikat, is he here?" Danny replied. Fabio thought for a moment and replied "He went down to the docks, said he was gettin into some'in big". Danny walked back to the car and told Tommy about the docks. Tommy went back to the HQ to get some help as Danny walked casually along to the docks, he was picked up by Tommy with a few other assosiates.
They arrived at the dock and watched as a few small timers from a few other families gathered, a few of the Gangsters from Dillow's appartment were there along with some earners and a wise guy who seemed to be running the gang. Danny and Tommy watched them for 5-10 minuets befor following shaikats car back to his house. The house was quite small, and looked kind of run down from the outside. Shaikat entered his house, Danny approached the door but it was opened before he could reach it. Shaikat stood there "And what do you want?" he asked, Danny simply grabbed him and pulled him back to the car. Tommy's assosiates tied him up and put him in the trunk. He was then took back to the HQ for interrogation. Danny and Tommy found that the small timers were going to wack the Godfather. Danny informed Battista of this and the further participation with the matter was given to a higher ranked member of the family.
