I just didn't want to come across as some guy that was sitting crying about the rules and moaning because Mute was in Vegas, when in actual fact I don't have any concerns about him being there. In fact, contest aside I'm just happy there are more familys moving to places and making this thing of ours more interesting.

Calamity's hat had been thrown in for Las Vegas on the 18th, when they were younger than 40 days. The war delayed their transfer. 

Calamity approached me long before he was forty days, and based on his proposal was given the go ahead. And then because of the war, obviously things were put on hold. If the war hadn't happened, he'd have been set up long before his forty days were up. 

The war had no bearing on this delay.

To clear things up for everyone I am a man. Next as soon as I saw this announcement I told Rayln I wanted to go to LV with Monte as my RHM. The war between DT and CH did delay me going and it also claimed the life of Monte. Rayln can tell you I asked her nearly everyday after the war about LV and if I still was going to be able to go. After saving money for an HQ with my new RHM Koga we got approved to go to LV despite my age.

Las Vegas is now recognized as its own city, and are free to run their city as they see fit. 

handlebarz takes a break from counting his cash. He pours a little whiskey into a small shot glass and raises it into the air.

Hulk hears about how the city was now legitimate. How they were free to run as they pleased. Hogan always had a huge love for the city that never sleeps, the city of sin, the big apple as they called it. Rather late to the party, Karmen arrived to thank SpikeS, Rayln and the other uppers that were in on the decision of allowing Vegas to be it's own city. 

She walked up to SpikeS and Rayln and said, "Thanks for allowing us this opportunity to prove we can be something. It means a lot that you've put faith in us to do this on our own. And to the rest of Vegas, thank you all for everything! It has been awesome so far! And I know we will do even bigger and better things from now forward!"

With a smile, she joined the rest of her Vegas family in celebration, passing out small bottles of Whiskey that she had been hoarding for this very day.

The Las Vegas experiment has failed.

The ingenious plan by our overlord Spike to let gullible leaders house rogues, to have a crew in LV. Handlebarz.... even with stabilisers  still crashed and burned.

The latest victim Hova would be a prime example.

Hova frantically tried to hunt them down to make up for his own mistakes, but was rewarded with a bullet. Easy way to get rid of the competition with an up and coming  gun mind you.

It won't be long till PeterPerttits and Mute are knocked off by Queen Spike.
