PJ was walking down the street when he reached the alleyway between Rudolph's LA Nightclub and The Cookie Jar. He heard a noise that startled him, fingering his pistol he took a glance into the alleyway. "Psssssssst" said a shadowed figure. "I got some news for you".

What is it? Who the hell are you to try and entice me into an alleyway?

"Have you seen the hitlist recently Mr Jelly?"

The shadowed figure hands PJ a piece of paper, after reading it he smirks and looks back at the man. It read;

Heh, how funny. First time that I know of atleast that someone has placed a hit on my head. I find it laughable. Principalities? What's that again? An order of angels? A prince ruling of a state? I'm honoured. Rather strange to compliment your enemy.

Principles? Principles are your own morals that are often determined by your own opinion or one that has been taught to you through your up bringing. There are many definations but i'm going to go with that one. After all this is the mafia. We're not just a rag tag group of criminals. We follow La Cosa Nostra do we not? That being said, this person can have their opinions and their own personal morals. But obviously that counted for nothing when deciding who to put in LA. I was chosen and I gladly accepted. Why the hell wouldn't I? It's so god damn sunny over this side of the United States. Jelousy? Or bitterness of it's past inhabitants? The sum of money is also something that's troubling. Was this person just using their total amount of cash left over but just rounding it to the nearest 1000? $1,108,000, very possibly just a coincidence but heh, 11/08? Pretty sure from the stories i've been told that is the date LA, CHI and NO were wiped clean of it's families the last time around. Strange eh?

Anyway Mr Stranger in the shadows. Let it be known;

PJ takes a cheque book from his pocket and writes down the sum of $2,000,000. Leaving the name blank

Since you're so good with telling appropriate people appropriate information. Let it be known that whom ever gives me solid concrete evidence of the mafioso who placed this hit, I will write their name on this cheque and hand it over.

PJ still smiling exits the alleyway onto the street and disappears.

PJ takes the cheque he had written some 5 or so hours earliar and rips it to shreds.

Heh, won't be needing that anymore. Wouldn't want to lose it on the streets somewhere now would I?

Throwing the tiny pieces of cheque into the air and smiling he walks away to carry on with the days business.
