Jay approaches the streets, wearing his fully black tailcoat and trousers, his hat at a dodgy angle, he places a soapbox down on the street corner, and steps his black shining shoes onto it "I know this has been done before, and it seemed to work well, so I have bought back this idea for the Philadelphia Bar District. As many of you know, Philadelphia used to be the bussiest city here, there were hundreds of people walking through it's streets every day, however, it saddens me to say over the last few months, it seems to have gone a little quiet, so, I am offering you a opportunity, an opportunity to make a bit of extra cash." "This challenge is simple, and is fairly easy to get into, so I'll start right now. All you have to do is, set up a Business in the Philadelphia Bar District, as many people as possible can do this, but they must be a good standard bar, any bars that dont meet the mark, will be disbanded, and shall never take in a customer from that day forward. As for the bars who make a good mark, and seem to bring the customers in, I am offering a cash prize of $250,000 to the most established bar in Philadelphia Bar District, further to this, I will offer another $100,000 to the person who mantains his/her bar the best, keeping the customers in." "Let me go over it again. $250,000 goes to the best bar that has been made, best meaning the one with the best presentation, and the best qualities, features, etc.. This does not mean the busiest bar, that is what the $100,000 is for. Anybody who manages to get over 100 customers into his/her bar will receive the extra $100,000. If this happens to be the best presented bar too, the owner receives the full $350,000. This challenge does not include bars that have alreayd been set up, but bars that have been established after Dec 05, '33 15:45. The challege stops on Dec 15, '33 15:45. This should give people enoguh time to get their Business up and running, and get a fair ammount of customer in." "I wish you all the best of luck with your businesses, may they develop and prosper!" Jay looks around, seeing nobody step up "If you have created a bar in Philadelphia after the date I mentioned earlier, please feel free to advertise it right here, that was I will be notified of any new bars and I can check them out.
