Brusty takes a quick drag of his cigar, sits down a shaking young blood in a freshly painted room and begins to speak,

"Everyone thinks they're superman nowadays. People always talk of their successes but they never talk of the failures. I prefer to strike from afar. No need to take any risks unless you have to. When you're robbing this bank you need to know a couple things, because this is real life not a movie. You've heard somebody talk about hanging onto the bottom of a truck but what he doesn't tell you about is the amount of people who die doing that stunt. Every time the car hits a hill or a speed bump you're likely to die. Even if you do survive, what are the chances you'll have the strength or the skill left to kill them all before they kill you after holding your wait up for even a half an hour. Stick to the plan and don't be a hero."

The young man is still shaking at this point and asks,

"What if I get chased or followed?"

"That's why we have safe houses and what not. More importantly don't ever underestimate your opponent. you may shoot the guy following you, but what's to say he's all alone. you can never know. Instead what you should do is get to a safe place, hang tight and call for backup."

The young man stops shaking, stands up and says,

"Is there any way I can repay you?"

"Yeah, you can shut up and sit down. I'm not done talking yet. Actually could you get my gun out, its on the top shelf in the closet, inside the bag of diapers."
The young man stands up and reverently walks towards the closet. Brusty speaks up to finish what he was saying.

"The most important thing you need to learn is only trust the family. Made men and above are the only people you can trust. Associates are still proving their loyalty and they aren't likely, but still could betray you."

Brusty drops his cigar and starts to walk to the car. The young man turns after not finding the gun and remembers that neither of them are made men. Brusty turns from the car and screams,

"Should've kept your hands out of my pockets! Robbing my store was the last mistake you'll ever make!"

As the paint thinner speeds the fire the young man grabs his gun and reaches for the door handle. It's too hot so he kicks the door open. He sees the ceiling has collapsed and the fire is burning way to hot. So he turns the gun on himself and ends his life right there. Brusty tosses a Molotov just for safe measures and finally drives away.
