Any chance we could get an update on this feature.  I found this an intriguingly original concept and have been eagerly waiting for this to return.

Yup, bighead has it exactly right. It's a plot to kill off the poorest people who can't afford BUPA treatment.

And to answer Big_Mike's question about when it'll return: It won't be at least until after the election sometime when it can't lose anybody any votes...
