SpikeS steps out into the center of Detroit, in Downtown.

Hello to all!

Happy and joyous greetings to each and every blessed one of you!

I'm very pleased to announce some good news. WillHayes has recently set up shop in Downtown, Detroit.

Willy has put in a lot of effort for me, and I know that he will do great as a leader under my city. I wish him the best of luck and know he will bring Detroit high honors and graces.

In other news, due to this addition within Detroit, we'll also have a bit more soda around and that doesn't hurt for when we need mixers and stuff for fancy parties. He has his whole Dr. Pepper thing going for him so that's pretty cool I guess. Is it medicine or is it just soda? The world may never know... MrOwl.

Black Rock will be yet another cornerstone to the bright future ahead.

SpikeS goes to pick up some bourbon.

Han Solo heard the news of Will Hayes auth to set up a crew in Downtown and was very excited to see the growth of his adored city. Godfather SpikeS was such a proeminent mafioso that Han was even in a mix of awe and fear of coming to the streets and congratulate him, but fear would never stop Han, specially on this joyous occasion.

"Congratulations on this expansion Godfather SpikeS. May this be indeed another great step into rebuilding this amazing city to even higher steps than ever before"

Han raised his flask of whisky and then took a sip.

The Downtown Hall brimmed with people celebrating the most important night of Detroit and Nefer couldn't afford to lose this event. Holding a pack of the best cubans cigars and a bottle of old wine she waited until everything was calm around WillHayes.

While waiting, she seized the opportunity to show Spikes her approval regarding his choice by drinking some bourbon together and sharing the moment of celebration.

A while later WillHayes joined the group and Nefer giving the gifts whispered to him:

"Congratulations WillHayes, this is a great oportunity and I hope to see Downtown thriving even more with your help"

"Congratulations WillHayes, Its great to see Downtown expanding and I know you are the man to do it and will be a great leader and I wish you all the best my friend."

Saul Silver nods towards WillHayes and gives him a smile before turning round and making his way to the business district.
