handlebarz walked out the front of the street. He reached into the pocket of his suit and pulled out a flask. He took a good swig of whiskey and put his giggle juice away. He removed his sunglasses and straightened out his suit.

"My good people...It is an honor to be able to speak to you all today from the great streets of Summerlin, Las Vegas.

I will try to keep this simple and sweet. It has been a long road of both good times and bad times. I spent a great deal of time in the street of New York under some great leadership. Unfortunately, throughout that time, I also had to see the death of multiple friends in several wars.

But now, I have been blessed with a great opportunity by the upper structures. I have moved to Summerlin in the hopes to start a new family with one of the best Right Hand Man's that I could ever ask for and the support of many wonderful friends. I have great ambitions to make a name for myself out here in this bright city of Las Vegas.

It is now that I shall venture back to my penthouse at the Apache Hotel and get to work. I have quite a bit of stuff to do to make my friends and family proud.

Thank you all for your time and ears," handlebarz explained.

handlebarz put his sunglasses back on and walked into the crowd, greeting the familiar faces of friends and family.

As Handlebarz is walking through the crowd, RC sneaks up behind him and throws 5 of the finest beaver pelts you can possibly find over his shoulder.  RC lights a dart and takes a deep swill of his CC.  He buttons up the top 3 bottons of his flannel plaid shirt and removes his trapper's hat for a little more professional appeal.

"My good friend Handlebarz!!!  I have known your father and grandfather and I can honestly state that I know you are one of the hardest workers here!!  I know you will take this virtue with you as you take the next step and grab the reigns.  Atta boy, d'eh??"

RC strokes the beaver pelts, whacks Handlebarz firmly on the ass, and goes to watch the hockey game.

I hope your endeavour is made easier with the help of one of the best right hand mans around. As Vegas is growing, it needs all the good mans it can get, and womans no doubt. If PeterPerttits is to open up this titty bar we will most definitely need some hot womans and this will make me very happy indeed, I've grown tired of scissoring TheDean.

"My Mother would have been so proud to see you and Vic standing here.  I know I am proud, she spoke so highly of the both of you, as well as your fathers.. " Miss_Niki raises a glass of champagne to toast Handlebarz, and Vic. "Make NY proud boys!!!"

After listening to handlebarz, Vic felt the need to speak some words...

"I have so much to thank this guy, only we know how much we worked for this dream come true. One of the best people I had the pleasure to know in here, and now I have the honor of being his right hand man... I couldn't ask for more."

Vic starts to stare everyone around, takes a deep breath, and continues...

"I also need to thank the support of our friends, without them, this project would never leave the drawing board. I will never forget how grateful I am to be part of NY."

After the speech, Vic also joins the crowd, to celebrate and to thank his friends.

" I would like to officially welcome you I was over joyed when I saw you two were sent. Together we can do great things gentlemen and that.s something I can drink to." Raises glass and drink it.

Han Solo heard Las Vegas was getting auths so he decided to go check out what these new leaders had to say. He heard handlebarz and Vic talking and he nodded in agreement and excitement. These folks seemed grateful for their leadership and eager to do great work in Las Vegas.

Han decided to go and congratulate both handlebarz and Vic, while shaking their hands.

"Congratulations on your opportunity I hope you help build a great Las Vegas"

Then Han went on for his smuggling businesses.

Demi had made her way to Las Vegas as she heard they had the best casinos in the world. She went to played Blackjack, Craps, Poker, and Slots. Hoping to hit the jackpot. Almost wasting nearly every dollar she owned she put her last dollar into the machine and it ate it gone as sad as ever wishing she never came and lost all her money. As she slowly walked out with a frown on her face bumping everybody in her path, She saw a penny on the floor she decided to pick it up and throw it in the slots machine as she already lost everything one penny couldn't help. The machine lights up "WINNER" with unbelieve Demi rubbed her eyes in amaze a penny won? The clerk rushed to her and handed her a receipt check to go to cash in at the office. She collected her money and entered the streets looking for something to spend her new money on.

 She noticed a group gathered up near a note on the street post "Las Vegas Now Open" many people were lining up to take the job of making a new family as the world was in need of repopulation due to the on going wars. A man stood up on a soap box stating he was going to set up in Las Vegas to change the world as it is. The crowd cheered as everyone nosie grew Demi began to clap for this new man as he seemed sure of himself. 

This is what this world needs more cities more families more people. Hopefully the others will open up soon!
