What factors affect the success rate of a MUC?

The actual factors are closely guarded secrets. The one thing that I have let out is that time is DEFINITALLY a factor. The longer an MUC sits without being attempted, the harder it becomes. With the proper players involved this shouldn't be an issue, though.

dawg_187, as Anubis said, the factors are not publicly known. Though it does occasionally seem to be random, I've found that the higher ranked people involved in the crime, the more often it succeeds. This, however, is just my findings. I do know that others have found it not to be true.

I was under the impression that it was a more you do type thing, like PP or jails.
