I am creating this News paper, yeah I know vary original... well i thought so. (joke) but really i created this as an add paper as an informational piece and hope that all will read this and create adds.

now i mentioned adds well I know this won't be vary popular but I'm creating it as a way to produce money for me and entice costumers, and readers for those wanting to create responses in the street and suggestions etc. but it will be a fee for adds and it will not be affected by rank, but instead possition of add. Here are the Fees

Underneath Top story: 100k (you will be informed if someone has taken that position.)

Second add: 75k (this will cover two adds as to create room.)

Third add: 50k

Link: 20k this will be more of a link to a back alley or the forum that you wish to be read.

Now to place an add send a mob mail to The-Reaper, and please place the following: Add name (business name, etc), Author, asking spot (if a spot is taken you may not buy out the purchaser so do not try as i can bet new civies will or people who just want to get there.) and if you want to create a link to a forum page or other, please include it in a link forum.

Now as all papers must have is news stories, any writer who wishes to work for the paper may and will be given assignments, such as drug watch which will be a person who monitors the cities they are in. now that will be time stamped as when the article was entered. so it won't always be correct for the reader.

now I will start this up if i get some writers and some ads two or three ads should do and at least one writer please send in applications, later for writers i may need to see a street forum to use to assess your project.

Oh i forgot another thing sorry, but anyone who decides to join the Reaper Daily crew does get a pension. I'll decide it and give it to you daily once you get the job.

This looks like a fine publication, and one these streets could surely use. It is a real shame that The-Reaper is no longer with us to continue producing this fine piece of print media. I can only wish a relative of his sees this, and is ambitious enough to reclaim this wonderful business endeavor.

Miley, are you just looking for a reason to pick on the poor dear's offspring's offspring? That isn't very fair now... While I feel that the Streets of this thing of ours have been missing the stinging truths and informative articles that Reaper published I can only pray that the Barble or whatever it was one day makes a reappearance.

Reaper Daily, much like the Barble, brought the masses to the streets to discuss hot topics in our world. I think we both can agree that these streets could use a paper that would liven things up a bit.

The was only one problem with Reaper... he failed to listen. On various occasions people contacted him, friends and critics. And still... he failed to listen up. When you write a paper and notice you get very few followers... you should start listening. It came to a point that he had to shut down his own paper. His paper just needed work, a few minor ajustments could've been done and it would've been fine. Anyways, no need to continue on this venture. RIP daily Reaper! Maybe one of his bloodline will put out a more improved issue. We never know!

This is inaccurate. I may be mistaken as I was only a baby grouch at the time, but if I remember correctly The_Reaper was made an offer that only a fool would refuse by the lovely Kates, and shut his paper down in exchange for a very substantial and lucrative payout. Not listening to feedback from others seemed to work greatly in his favor

Well... you do have a point Oscar. But did he really have a choice? I think not... he was getting very negative feedback, and needed a way to back out. And Kates offered him a way out. Very lucrative? Maybe... but not really worth it in my opinion. Cash is'nt that hard to come by in this thing of ours.

He had a choice. I don't remember Kate's offer being a ultimatum, and the negative feedback from others seemed to have little to no impact on his newspaper. As far as it being worth it or not, you're certainly entitled to your opinion. Mine is that if somebody is going to pay me six-figures NOT to work, it's worth it. I've seen people put forth great effort in street-speech contests to win cash prizes equal to the sum Kates paid The_Reaper to do nothing.

So did i Oscar... but you see... the difference is... me, nobody can pay me off in doing anything. He got a good offer and took it, good for him. But in the end, it did'nt get him anywhere. In thing of ours, a lot is about money... but you cannot go everywhere with just money. Money, does not buy everything. It helps, but it does'nt buy the people! When you are a writer, you owe something to the people. And if you cannot deliver, you take the money and leave. That is what Reaper did, he could not deliver his paper to the people, so he retired by taking the cash. Kates offer was his easy way out. And he took it, my opinion still stands. He simply had to shut down the paper, and Kates just made it easier for him to do it! It is not always easy to find the honorable way out... in his case, he was running out of options. He flaw was... he was'nt experienced enough to write and had to accept it. Which he did not... because he suicided! But... the past is the past, as we say!
