Fellow mafiosi! Lets all cool our guns on this subject. Obviously it is a tragic event that occurred in Haiti and political and economic factors come into play while forming opinions on what should be done to help or aid the population of the country in need of aid.

I do agree that the U.S.A. should stop sending aid to every swinging dick in need and focus more attention on the American population in general. Lets just hope that we can all make it another twenty years without killing each other!

Well, I'm glad you could stop hugging your tree and come out to speak to us; you make me sick, your ignorance. I'm glad you took the brief moment to quote me then run it off as a statement that I had a problem with the $100 million sent as a relief effort along with ten thousand troops to aid with the work in Haiti.  

If you saw my first post, I stated that I had contributed both my time and money to the cause going on there and so have the rest of the people who have posted here, so who are you targeting. Instead of running your mouth and whining like a little girl scout, know your facts. 

So we're supposed to empty our pockets completely for the effort over there? Get the fuck out of here, we have our own lives to live. After we donate whatever to the effort, we move on with our lives as we have costs too.

Ridiculous military budget? Do you not see the war the U.S. is fighting? It's on two separate fronts and both have been extremely costly both in financing and the lives of civilians and military members. If you saw what the military did from day to day you'd understand the costs to maintain such high tech equipment but again, ignorance. 

My basic point is, well, you're babble is well babble.

If you want to make a difference, join the fucking peace corps and do something about it.

People die across the world everyday due to hunger and disease as well
as natrual disasters but you are unwilling to take the slightest hit to
your standard of living to drastically improve anothers?

There comes a point in time when you become tired of helping everyone else and recieving zero assistance in return.

Oh come on guys...its not the Haiti people's fault that a earthquake hit them.

As fellow humans, we must help them by donating atleast 10$ through an sms..dont be selfish.

Who's complaining about $10? I'm speaking of the 100mil that Obama is giving them...

However,lets get back on topic,I have donated a  nice amount of $150.

Just thought I'd point out that whatever we can send to them, as far as aid, was deserved. I spent 60 days on the ground with 22 Marine Expeditionary Unit -- place was devastating.
