Now that the war is over and your business in Los Angeles is over, there is another task that needs to be done. Because the war has nearly eliminated the presence we had in a few cities, we need some good, talented, and hard working people to go and rebuild. You have been given the authority to run the operations in New Orleans. I know you will do well, as you have done for Detroit. Just don't have too much fun, because I expect great things from New Orleans.

And tell Harry Donahue he still owes the casino money. Crooked FBN bastard.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Godfather PedroRourke and the other Godfathers and Godmother(s) for allowing me to ascend to the position of Godfather of New Orleans. This is a certainly that has certainly seen its ups and downs through the past decade, and has even been associated closely with my immediate family. I look forward to taking the reigns in New Orleans- expect a city whose quality can be admired.

I'd also like to officially announce that JackMacLeod, my son, will be looking after the main body of my operations as my first Captain. Please don't shoot him or I will be quite perturbed. Further announcements will be forthcoming.

And thank you all for your congratulations- my apologies if any mails from yesterday were not replied to. It was something of a busy day! But know that I greatly appreciate the sentiments.

This is wonderful,I'm glad the city heads are taking action asap unlike the last war that left Chicago empty for weeks. One question,what will happen with Saint Louis?
