Major War

By Coach

On January 17,1932 Godmother of Philadelphia, and Acting Head of Los

Angeles, declared war on Las Vegas. For weeks Godmother ScipitaRourke

plotted her attack on Godmother Aurora of Las Vegas,on January 17,she

felt it was time to launch a war.

Philadelphia and Los Angeles began their attack on Vegas, soon

Godfather BoabyWanKenobi and all of New Orleans were involved, aiding

Aurora. The four cities fought hard, after a few hours,Saint Louis, New

York, and Detroit became involved. Saint Louis, fighting with Vegas and

The Big Easy,New York and Detroit helping Philadelphia in their attack

for power.

Finally, after many long hours, many deaths, the war was over.

Philadelphia and her allies were victorious. While Philly was lucky

enough not to lose any captains, other cities were not so fortunate.

Godmother Aurora, along with her three captains,_Ragnarok_,

Inspector_Clauseau,Olav, and BrianRourke were killed. New Orleans lost

Godfather BoabyWanKenobi,Don Battista,Don GiovanniBovine,and

Consigliere fatality. Saint Louis lost Godfather Rhuarc, and Don

Striphe.

Detroit lost LilyEvans, and Los Angeles lost Don Morgan. While

many, many others,(Will be mentioned in Obit section) lost their

lives, fighting for their families, and what they believed in,may they

all rest in peace.

Weekly Joke

By Coach

Whilst it may not be a joke,it is an important lesson, you should never forget.

"Remember, when someone annoys you,it takes 42 muscles in your face

to frown, BUT,it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm,and bitch slap

that motherfucker upside the head."

Report Post Tip

I enjoyed this new paper to our streets, Other than a few printing faults it was respectable.

I must say I wish there were a few more articles to read and keep me interested, and that perhaps omitting the Obits section. I also think that a more in depth Artilce could have gone into Godfather Paul_Vidi's fatal accident, it's a big story after all.

Other than a few changes, this could turn into a very successful paper, keep up the good work.

Report Post Tip

I agree with underslashies, apart from the huge spaces between lines and a few other things this could be a briilant paper.

Tommy lifts the paper, grabs his coffee and walks off

Report Post Tip

A very goos effort & good read. Long may it continue

Report Post Tip

Check this out everybody it's the D to tha R to tha E to tha X to tha L, the XL stands for extra-large, people

We saw this happen a few months back, the streets being flooded with newspapers, all lacking in real substance and all pretty much redundant, re-hashing news that anyone who spends time in the streets already knows. I hope this does not become again. It is unnecesary.

Drexl puts the paper back on the stands, longing for a paper like the great Godfather Lucretia's paper that along with fact, included commentary and opinions that made for an interesting read.

Report Post Tip

Xanxus cut into his morning pancakes, coated with just the right amount of syrup. He then leaned over to take up a new newspaper. His house keeper had brought it over with the regular ones. He looked at it and found his eyes a little disoriented. Despite that, he did manage to finish it off, and then lifted his fork.

"A good effort, but reduce the spacings to make it easy on th eyes."

Report Post Tip

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I apologize about the large spaces, this damned typewriter does it automatically,I'll just have to find a way to fix that. Expect Issue Two to be coming out next weekend.

Report Post Tip

Informative paper Coach, enjoyable reading, I look forward to the next issue.

Report Post Tip

Interesting paper i must admit... nicely done, except for the spaces in between. But that is just a small detail. Good work!

Report Post Tip

Q_Legacy takes the paper and sits to have a cup of coffee while reading

Looks good, keep working on it.  I wont comment any further as everyone has made the suggestions that will make this a good read.

Report Post Tip

i like this, very interesting

Report Post Tip

Good paper overall. I would like to see more of this paper. I say, it would be a good read for me after a busy day of stictching up rats with girbles and such.

Report Post Tip
