Hours earlier Rae had placed a blindfold over WiggleFangirl4lyfe ‘s eyes as well as his under bosses, Esau and Kairi before ushering them onto a plane and into the center of Phillidelphia. “Now, keep an open mind...” she told them before moving in front of them. “Theres a lot of work to be done here, but with what WFG4L has done in New York, I have complete faith in all of your abilities. In fact, I’m rather upset that I will be losing you three.”

They all sputtered, confused about what she meant, and she said “Go ahead and take the blind folds off.” And when they did she stood there with her arms outstretched to the glory of Philly around her, a bit worn down, a little blood stained, but now all theirs. “Welcome to your new home, guys.” She told them. “I have a feeling that you will do pretty amazing things here, and of course it is entirely up to you, but WFG4L, Old City District is entirely yours. Perhaps Esau will like Bella Vista and Kairi will enjoy South Philly.” She gave a nod at them each, “But this is your city and you three have earned it. Do with it what you will, I have complete faith in you.”

She gave each one of them a hug and then headed back to the airport, knowing they had a lot of work ahead of them.

After hearing Jen's words of welcome to their new city WFG4L looked around and began making plans for their district as well as the rest of their soon to be great city. "Esau and Kairi I am so fortunate to have gotten to work with you both and get to you know you as my captains and more importantly friends, now however Rayln is right it is time for you two to both spread your wings and take on your own districts. To Kairi I give you South Philly where you will be in charge of all operations there and you will need to set someone up under you who you trust as I did when I chose you to be my auth, I have complete faith in you. Esau, genesis has done many great things and now will do more I want you to go forth to Bella Vista and continue making greatness, you as well will need to auth someone and start a new chapter in your new story." WFG4L looked a little sad as the 2 lieutenants went off on their own to begin their bright futures for their districts.

Kairi hugs Rayln and bids her farewell. She is so confused and full of emotions... Happy, scared, excited, nervous. She listens as WiggleFanGirl4Lyfe talks with her and Esau about the future of Philly. She beams and says, "Thank you so much for the opportunity Bossfan! I will do my best to make you proud and I know exactly who I am going to set up under me, TheBootyBandit has been working his....Booty off ever since he joined me." She giggles, "I think he really deserves a shot with me in South Philly." 

She brings in WFG4L and Esau in for a group hug before hailing a cab to take her to her new headquarters in South Philly. 

Esau didn't know what to say, mixed with emotions he was lost for words. Just as he was about turn to to @WiggleFanGirl4Lyfe, she had already ran off and made their way to Old City District to begin operations out here. Same too with @Kairi, they were both eager to get going and left him alone with @Rayln... She didn't like being alone with him, she couldn't handle the vibes that he gave out, too overwhelming for anyone.

"Don't look so sad, I bet you'll be glad to have us gone in a week when you realise just how much more peaceful things will be."

Deciding to follow suit, Esau too makes his way to his new home where @Tyrion will be working beside him.

Hulk-A-Mania came roaring down the streets again. He had already been in three other crews but was left crew-less when he chose to spend most of his time flexing his muscles and ripping his shirts instead of trying to protect his crew leaders. It was no doubt Hogan was left sad about the transition from one crew to another. Finally, Hogan was in the beautiful city of Philadelphia once more. He approached WiggleFanGirl4Lyfe.

Hogan pauses for a brief flex. He continued.

Hogan continues to flex his muscles. He points randomly at some guy just staring back at him. Then he rushes off into the distance while the streets played his theme song some unexplained way for all to hear.  He truly was a real american.
