It seems like this "info" skill was enacted to bring us closer to realism. I agree, it's a good way to make people work for stats, but I have a little trouble with it. |

Sure, I'll bite. I'll tack on a slight drop in stealth (only in locals however) for mass quantities of BGs. Nothing major, but enough that you would be borderline able to see them - and they have a huge army of bgs, it may be enough to push it over the line and you would be able to see them. |

I'll take the opposite side of this, if someone had 50 bodyguards surrounding them HOW COULD YOU SEE THEM? You couldn't and you wouldn't. You might know someone is there, but you wouldn't know who |

Maybe on the locals this could show as 'someone' and maybe you could add peoples status on the locals like online or offline? |

My own interpretation of the realism aspect behind this is that the higher up and protected someone is, the less likely they are to be doing the grunt work paving the streets. To use the same example, why would Lucretia_Borgia, esteemed Godmother of Las Vegas, be walking shoulder to shoulder with a nobody like me? Extremely unlikely that I'd ever bump into someone that high up in the Mafia unless they wanted me to. This is a connected, one of the most connected, mobsters in our world, would Joe Nobody be able to walk up close to her? |
