I have been working closely with noobs for the past week or so, and I have realized something that could benefit the RHM or CL. |

I think droping then a sponsor inviting the associate is kinda the same thing but this is a bit easier soI think it's a cool suggestion, But if that was done you have to send all the associates to me lol. |

Doesn't this go against the original RP behind the deal? Your suggestion proposes making a person a "member of the family" only to quickly go and move them to an associate position in which they are technically not a member of the family. It seems to violate the purpose of the original creation in my opinion. |

I dont like it... sponsors need to earn their associates, not receiving them in the palm of their hands. But i understand you issue... |

It's really not the coder's problem to fill a void left by someone who was inconvenienced at the time and couldn't be on. You can just as easily drop someone and have them accept said sponsor's invite instead. |

I think the Idea has more of a RP standpoint then 'dropping' someone from the family then getting a sponsor to go get them again. in my opinion if i was dropped from a family and then someone from that family approached me to be sponsored i would decline and look for another. Avons idea has some merit from the point that the boss knows the person exists, and then hands them off to someone else- so they may see a name on a list and assign it to a made man for some responsibility. (if that makes sense) I'm all for the sponsor program and people being invited by made men, but i do understand the frustration of having someone approach you interested in joining and not having a sponsor online to invite them only then to see them go to another family. I think the idea has merit, as long as there was maybe a time period in which the transfer had to be done, and make it so the sponsor had to accept it in their personals so they were actively taking it on, rather then just being assigned. (if that makes sense) so the scene would be, maybe rhm/lhm etc with a list shows the boss the 'new associates' the boss says put x with y etc then the rhm/lhm speaks with the sponsor and says they have someone for them to show the ropes to. thats when the switch is made, just like avon said with a drop down choice, and the made man+ takes on the responsibility from then onwards. sorry for making you read so much Chade |

I thank you Chade for your idea on my idea. I would agree that maybe a personal shall be sent out saying "AvonBarksdale feels that XXXX should work for you. Do you accept?" or something like that. |
