Miss_Niki was sad to have missed the party. She decided to draft a note to her friend Karmen.

Dear Karmen,

I'm so very sorry to have missed what had to have been a great party.  Apparently the Prom was in the Bronx this year, and there was no one there to decorate for it, so, my crew and I drove out there and decorated for it. It was a blast, and we even had reporters live on the scene giving a play by play on the radio.

There was a special cookie table set up and plenty of dancing was done by Big_Al . I spent much of my evening talking to the trombone player. I liked the way he handled his instrument. Rayln was there, but contrary to popular belief that she was drunk, she was actually behind the scenes taking plenty of pictures. 

At the end of the night, I was crowned as prom queen, so, you can totally see why I wasn't able to make it.

I can't wait till you hold your next party!! I'll bring the cookies!!!

She dropped the note in the post box and rushed off to hide the rest of the cookies. 

(Hey thanks for the party yesterday it was fun...hope you can set another up again soon. Sincerely Bladedrevived) and in the mailbox it went.

Frank woke up from his sleep on the HQ couch.  He looked around at the HQ.  It was already cleaned up.  God damn...

Frank walked open to the box that had the few half full bottles that were still left and grabbed 2.  He pulled a 75% smoked cigarette butt out of the ash tray and relit it and then left a note for Karmen.

Karmen:

 

Sorry.  Musta been feeling the night too much at the start.  Too much too soon!!

Frank waddles out of the front door of the HQ and vomits into the bushes to the side before waving down the first cab for a trip to the airport.

Karmen had forgotten all day to check her post box. When she finally did, she saw that she had several envelopes in there from her friends that either attended the party or weren't able to. She smiled and set out to reply to each note. 

To Miss_Niki she said, 

It's okay that you weren't able to make it. I will plan another party soon and invite you, and I'll make sure that it doesn't happen on the same date as any other events. Can't wait to have more of the delicious cookies you bake!

You were pretty drunk when you arrived, Frank. And throughout the couple hours you were awake and functioning, you had around ten shots. So, I would say it's acceptable for you to have passed out on the couch and missed the rest of the fun. I will make sure I invite you to my next party! Can't wait!

When she was finished writing all of the notes, she put them in envelopes and addressed them, handing them over to her Assistant and saying, "Please make sure these get to where they're supposed to go, okay? Thanks!"

After her Assistant left the room, she began to think about the next party while continuing on with her paperwork.

R2D2 had heard of the party, but there was pressing business that she just could not get out of, so she figured she would write a letter in thanks for the invite.

Dear Karmen the cookie steal(er),

 

 

I hate that I had to miss your party, but I had pressing matters that would not go away quietly (hint hint) if you know what I mean, haha, that was just me trying to be funny. Anyway, I had a date with a hot doctor that didn't mind that I was in the *whispers* mafia. Arent I a lucky girl?

But, I am still sad that I could not attend your party. I heard it was a spectacular event with a live band to boot! I am so jealous, I would love to attend the next one.
