ZeroSixx walks in to the tavern, his black trench coat trailing behind him. He takes a seat at the bar, and turns to the man next to him. A smile etches itself across his face as he pulls out a deck of cards.

How about a game trick my friend. And lets make it interesting... If I screw it up, you shoot me.

The man sitting next to him, sets down his whiskey, eying him suspiciously.

"You's talkin to me?"

I sure am.

"What if you get it right?"

How about a drink.

"A drink versus your life?"

Looks that way.

Zero's smile grows, as he takes off his top hat, and sets it on the bar beside him.

So I say to you. Pick a card.

Zero flushes the cards across the table, into a perfect rainbow.The stranger picks one.

Back in the deck now. And feel free to shuffle it.

The man cautiously slides the entire deck into his hand, inserts his card - the ace of hearts- and shuffles.

If I may.

Zero takes the deck from zero, gives it one more shuffle, and then throws the entire deck into the mans face.

"You sonofa! I'll kill you!"

The man reaches for the gun in his waistband, and draws it, planting the barrel right between Zero's eyes. With the barrel against his skull, Zero begins to laugh uncontrollably.

The man draws the hammer back, and pulls the trigger without a second thought.

He does it again.

"What the fuck!?" 

The man stares at his gun, and begins to slide the clip out to make sure it was loaded, as Zero walks away.

Keep it. I have no use for a heart.

The man finally manages to get his clip out, and stares bewildered, at an Ace of Hearts, folded up in the top of his clip, preventing the top bullet from sliding into the chamber.
