Don WillHayes is spot on when he makes his point. However, I feel generous this morning and will, again, share a bit about my point of view. If the mobster invested enough to be viewed as a Wise Guy or was able to invest his first few favors inherited (OOC: credits) in buying hiring himself a bodyguard, if he has trained his gun even just a few times, his death is not profitable for me. I can Take on a Contract for about 200k. So you see, you have to think how much are your people worth. A member that HAS been active and just needs to go on a trip, either to take care of a sick relative, or whatever the reason, is worth much more to me than 200k to force him to start all over again as a fresh Thug when he comes back. |

Now that is smart thinking Don CrazyNine... and that is exactly what i am saying. For the start i have been talking about a hard worker, one that is worth much more than a what he has'nt offered during his time off. If he makes up for it when he comes back, than it is worth the wait. Financialy speaking, it is good for his leader. |
