It was a regular night in the streets of MR.  Worthless gangsters mysterious deaths were being investigated by the local detective, the casinos were busy with hopeful players, the Jail guards were occupied in the latest string of breakouts, the police department was flooded with victims of cons and purse snatchings, and drug deals were happening everywhere.  It was a night when people in this thing of ours smiled over the greenbacks rolling in.

Suddenly, in cities everywhere, groups of teenagers began putting up flyers on lightposts, trees, business windows - all over.  Someone paid them well and wanted something to be known.  A curious passerby walked up and looked at one of the flyers....
