Lets not forget the BG's...I think thier role is rather pointless in the game especially for lower level players. I think these ideas should  definately be implemented with BG's in mind as to the mechanics. Both from a RP and in-game standpoint. Thus giving an importance to BG's beyond what they are currently in place for that not only enhances having many of them but allows them to be expendable as well. Lets face it -They do not come cheap and in all actuality they should be getting killed/injured before a mobster ever looses anything from a "Mugging".

If you take their gun what happens to your gun, is it replaced and what about them do they have to do petties again to get it back?

Also will they have to train it up again?
