There needs to be more transparency about how house works. Adding a straight 50 percent rake to all bets would achieve this.

Right now house is quite deceptive about its true earnings and I fear too many new players truly think House is only making 1 percent or less than 50 percent. We can totally fix this with a straight 50 percent rake, stopping new players being decieved and making the casino more transparent overall.

House uses the same functions as the players. There is player A and player B, it is then run through a mt_rand() to determine the winner. It doesn't care if player A is house or some other person who listed the bet. All dice games have a 50% chance of winning, regardless who you play against. The house takes 1% of profit as a rake of any winnings. By the very nature of how random chance works, the more you play the closer to 50% you'll see, in short runs you can see big swings in wins or loses, but the larger the data pool the closer to a 50/50 you'll see.

Hmmph I see. This post was just meant for a laugh but the info is quite interesting anyway. I think you'll find though, that most people aren't interested in betting with other players if they can just play instantly with House. The wait isn't worth it unless it's a friend, and 99 percent of the time friends don't want to  play anyway lol.
