V calls his trusted family member into his office. As he sits down V offers him a cigar, then lights his own and takes a deep draw on it.

"You called me in here Boss?"

"Yeah, we need to talk. I've been thinking about you, your time here in Philadelphia and your future here. I thought the decisions I had to make were going to be hard, but honestly once I'd thought about it it was one of the most easy, and obvious decisions I've had to make."

The Man With No Name puffs on his cigar and looks at V intently.

"I have decided to name you as a Captain of Philadelphia, effective immediately."

V slides a briefcase over the desk to him.

"Inside you'll find all the money for your new headquarters, a man will be waiting for you outside the building who will show you inside and give you a quick tour."

"Congratulations, old friend. This is well deserved."

He takes the case and smiles.

Thank you for this opportunity V, you will not be disappointed.

He turns to the crowd watching and raises his arms to exaggerate his speech.

From now on, please refer to me as Guildmaster in any Negotiations/Communication. (A personal mail with the name you for me are fine also)
