I'd like to take this opportunity to announce the addition of a second Underboss in New Orleans: RebeccaMacLeod . While Becca's grandmother and father current occupy positions of power, her larger bloodline has never really had the opportunity to build and run a crew. Her mother, LilyEvans, was a dear friend of mine... and someone whose loss resonates with me to this day. Today, Becca, you have the chance to fulfill the potential your mother demonstrated, as well as utilize your own formidable gifts that will, I believe, help make you an excellent leader for New Orleans.

Enjoy the American Sector. You've earned it, and you make me very proud. I know you'll continue to do so in the future.

This is not the way to go about this youngling. I'm sure there will be plenty of people in our country who will be willing to explain how to join a family. Just know this is not the way.
