Just kidding.  I'm sure you all expected me to come out here with some troll speech.  Not this time.  Sorry for the epic amounts of disappointment.

Really, there was never any good way to go about this.  Esau was a highly respected member of our community, and he still is.  That being said he did make some grave errors in his quest to reach the top.  His first error was mismanaging his relationships outside of Philadelphia's borders.  The second was mismanaging his affairs at home.  It is sad when these things happen but such is the ways of our life.  I won't go into Esau's issues pertaining to Philadelphia, but I will touch on Chicago's beef with Bella Vista.

Esau's troubles here actually didn't have anything to do with me directly, but with my sister district in the North Side, Chicago.  Esau was a popular guy who had many relationships all across the board.  Sometimes tempers flair and sparks fly.  He got into an argument with a member of ours in which he thought it prudent to attempt to pass some blame onto my dear Maria with zero provocation.  The issue in which they were fighting about had absolutely nothing to do with Maria but still he attempted to drive a wedge deep within the North Side.  I am not usually a vicious guy but I took exception to this.  I don't think any city head would react well to having one of their captains messed with in such a manor.  I believe that this action by Esau proved something of his real intentions and the content of his character.  Coupling this knowledge with other misgivings I had heard from other members of the community, I felt that I had to act.  

Someone in Esau's position as a district head has to be able to react coolly and calmly, and be accountable for their actions.  Esau chose to do exactly none of these things in this situation.  Love me or hate me, I had to do what I felt was best to protect Chicago.  

Thank you for keeping us informed, DoctorBoom. It will do well to us all to take heed that laziness breeds laziness, particularly in Bella Vista. Their second in command threatening to shoot anyone who would dare take up the personal expense of removing listings on the hit list coincides with the occurrence of the grave errors that take place behind their doors.

If it was a case of killing these guys before killing "Remy", why not just take "Remy" at the same time? I'm pretty sure it could have been done on the same night.

After all, what's the sense in wiping one Philly district and then leaving the others if you plan to come back and wipe them anyway? I assume Remy supported or was neutral in this, else we'd have seen a war rather than a takedown.

That's the thing though JernSner, even if you find this unfair, this isn't a place where you have to play fair. If you hold the power to make moves then you can get away with it when you do it.

It's all good standing there and wagging your finger because you find it to be in bad taste, but in truth other than those it's effected nobody really gives a fuck and life will go on, much as it always does.

That isn't to say that this take down was unwarranted, from what has been said here by DoctorBoom, things were said and Esau ended up pissing off the wrong person.
