Miss_Niki had been there when Frank_Gallagher 's father had been killed by one of the Durden gang. He had been drunk,(as he was most of the time)  and he had antagonized them by shouting obscenities and shooting a squirt gun at the guy. Frank had just been a young fellow when that happened and he was there to witness it. Miss_Niki gathered the weeping boy up and took him back to headquarters, where he he had worked hard, first sweeping the floors, and cleaning the john, to now, running truck heists and knocking over banks. He was a force to be reckon'd with, even when he was drinking (which he was most of the time, it was in his blood) 

When she had had her meeting with Rayln and expressed her desire for Frank to go out on his own and see what he could with a crew of his own, Rayln smiled, because she had been watching Frank too.  She had been on jobs with Frank, and knew what he was capable of. She smiled and nodded in approval, as she sipped her tea. "I've always trusted your judgement, and if you say he can do this, then, I'm sure he can." 
 

Miss_Niki called Rudy to go find Frank - He was probably pissing in a bush somewhere in the alley. 

Frank walked   stumbled into her office. "Miss_Niki, I can explain about your couch.... " he started to say. Miss_Niki held up her hand to stop him. "Frank, that's not why I called you in here.. I called you in, because it's about time that you start pissing on your OWN couch, in YOUR own headquarters, with YOUR own crew" Miss_Niki waited for Frank's foggy brain to catch up. Frank's bloodshot,glassy eyes lit up. "You mean, I can have my own crew? Are you messing with me Miss_Niki??" Frank asked. "No, Frank, you have busted your ass since I brought you back here after your father's terrible death, and I couldn't be more proud to hand you the keys to your own HQ" 

"Well, well, well.. Frank_Gallagher," she said as she popped the top off a beer and handed it to him, "I wasn't kidding when I said you weren't useless anymore." she told him with a grin, "Congratulations, now you'll have peons to earn all that sweet sweet beer money for you." 

Zo set aside some money for rainy days. But screw rainy days. She stepped into a brewery and at gunpoint the man willing gave her a case of Domaine de la Romanee for the cheap price of $5. She walked up to Miss_Nicki's office then dropped off the wine. Better they not think she is intruding. 

PhantomPhreak stumbles into Miss_Niki's office carrying a crate of beer he stumbles putting it down onto a table. He grabs a beer opens it and passes it to the nearest person

"Congrats Frank hope your future is long and prosperous"

{ Lt_AldoRaine steps out, as Rudy Congratulates Frank_Gallagher. Aldo lifts his jacket outward and reaches into his pocket, taking out his flask, which contains some Shine he distilled last week. Lt_AldoRaine then raises his Flask high, and begins to speak...}

"Congratulations Frank!, I wish you well. And if you should find yourself in need of liquor, I'm Here for you. Cheers!"

{Lt_AldoRaine knocks back a few sips of Moon-Shine, then Extends the Flask out to Frank_Gallagher}

"Care for a Sip?", "Just don't let it touch your tongue" Aldo says as he smiles.

Walter_Junior had quickly heard the wonderful news about Frank_Gallagher and decided to pay his respects and congratulate a good old friend of his. Walter_Junior's family line had always been in touch with Frank's line, they had always been there for each other, and to finally see his bloodline get his very own crew was a great honor. They used to sit at bars, drink, drink... and drink some more. Junior was usually never used to drinking huge ammounts of alcohol, but with Frank it was always a blast. Their parents often told them stories about how they once started drinking in Vegas, and would end up in the districts of Chicago without a single idea of how they got there. As Junior snapped out of his gaze he slowly walked like a cripple towards Frank and said:

"I have known you and your father for my whole life, and seeing you making it this far is an honor I can't even begin to explain, it is an honor because I know how hard you have worked for this, and seeing it paying off like it did is a great chapter for your bloodline. I have known Miss_niki for quite a while aswell, and I know she always makes the right decisions. New York has just gotten a great addition! Hurray!"

With that Junior pulled out a cigar he had hidden in his left pocket in his fine suit. He offered a handshake and shortly after handed Frank the Cigar.

Frank looks down at the keys in amazement.  They look blurry.  It's starting to go darker...

"FRANK!!!"  Shouts Miss_niki.

Frank alerts awake and waves his arms knocking Niki's hot tea onto his lap.  

"Eeeeyow!!!"

Miss_niki starts to reach for the keys to take them back before Frank quickly reaches up and grabs them and places them in his pocket.  He looks at @Ralynn, Miss_niki and Rudy, and stands up falls flat on his face before clambering back up.  He clears his head as much as he can before beginning to speak.

"Ladies - I have to give you my unending gratitude for this opportunity.  I love to drink.  Love it!!  But what man doesn't like a bevvy or 20 here and there?"

Frank gulps deeply from his flask before continuing...

"I'm a simple guy.  Work hard, have fun.  I can assure you that this will be the mantra here in the new HQ.  MDMA and myself will be taking up HQ here in Manhatten under Miss_niki.  This is no small task and not one that is to be taken lightly.  We're gonna have a blast over here.  We're gonna get shitfaced drunk and have the greatest parties with the most booze - Every fackin' day.  But - We're gonna take care of things and make sure this crew prospers."

Frank grabs his gut and puffs his cheeks out and runs off to the bathroom.  A horrid octave of sounds ensues from behind the closed doors before Frank emerges wiping his mouth off with the back of his sleeve.  Frank grabs his flask and takes a deep swig to both make his breath better and replace what was lost and raises it high in the air.

"Ladies and gentlemen, The Distillery is open for business!!"

Hestia ran up to Frank_Gallagher and gave him a hug, saying, "I always knew you'd get the go-ahead someday to have your own crew. And you finally did it! Congratulations to you and I wish for great things in your future! Make New York proud, my drunk friend!"

She gave him a bottle of Whiskey and said, "Just don't forget your friends in the Bronx! See you around, okay?"

With another quick hug, she turned and took her leave from the building to make her way back home.

Hears a whole bunch of commotion as he walks past the local Distillery and peaks inside to see what the occasion is and notices Frank_Gallagher celebrating with a large crowd of people

Ah, a man that truly looks loved by his peers. This is the type of person I have been looking for. A man whom I can devote my time and effort to help them achieve their true goals

With these words, Azazel sends Frank_Gallagher a note informing him that he would be honoured to join The Distillery
